While I was making several hardware adjustments to my PC, my SSD card slipped out of my hand and hit the floor. When I tried hooking it back up to the motherboard it was unresponsive, and I thought I had lost all of my data. I sent it out for repair to two places with no luck, before I found eProvided. Bruce with eProvided recovered all 104GB of data for me, and shipped it back to me in 2 days!! Thank you eProvided!!!

eProvided recovered 2 years of photos that no one could recover; people told me to give up. Out of desperation, I sent my phone to eProvided. They got the pictures back, and didn't even consider it was of one of their more difficult ones!!!! Are these people already married?!

eProvided recovered all of my files from a flashdrive that my son dropped while in my laptop. There was physical damage to the drive. I received numerous phone calls updating me and explaining my options throughout the process and no work was ever done without my approval. I really thought I had lost all my files. My USB flash drive broke while I was taking it out of my laptop. Two different companies weren't able to help me recover my files. Thank God I was looking online and found eProvided. I mailed them the broken flash drive, and a couple days later I was contacted with the results. They were fast and reliable; I didn't have to pay a penny until all my files had been recovered. I was going to have to create the files again since as a Teacher I use them for instruction. I could not say enough great things about eProvided. The entire process was extremely simple and affordable. The process to get my USB to them was easy. I been receiving email updates about the status of my USB and once I gave them call they were able to recover my data within hours! My flash drive was damaged and I took it to several places for data recovery. They were not able to recover the data. I found this place through referral and they were able to fix it with Advanced Recovery process in a few hours. Nice customer service and skilled technicians.

I am a teacher and I recently damaged my flash drive that had all of my work and creations from the last school year. eProvided saved me. They were able to recover my data in a quick and friendly manner. I recieved an email as well as a friendly and informative phone call updating me on the status of my drive. When I need data retrieved in the future I will use eProvided. I highly recommend them.

I sent them a flash drive that had been somehow damaged. They said they could most likely fix it but they would have to use an "advanced technique" and it would cost SEVERAL hundred dollars! I told them no and to send it back. When I got it back, the card was DESTROYED! They ripped it apart! When I complained, they said they HAD to in order to try to fix it. Well they should warn you they are going to send your card back torn into pieces if you don't pay them. Now I can't even use another service to try to retrieve the valuable family photos I had on there!

Don't use this service! They will suddenly need more than the initial fee to recover your data and you'll get your card back torn into pieces if you don't pay them.

I contacted them after seeing their quote for around.. $50? online.. for recovery.
I had an "internally" damaged flash drive.. it was unreadable, but wasnt physically damaged..
when i explained how the drive was acting., they said it should be a simple fix under $100...
Once I sent them the drive and money order, all of a sudden advanced recovery is needed... and thats about $700..
Why is it that most reviews Im reading here are all saying the same thing...
simple recovery didnt work, advanced recovery was needed....

I followed the status of the recovery on line through their email updates. Once the initial recovery failed, they were able to recover the files using an Advanced method. These files will be a lifesaver in the next year. I was really pleased on how the rep talked me through the options and how informative he was. I would recommend eProvided to a friend and co-workers!

I found eProvided through a Google search and sent them my flash drive that same day. I followed the status of the recovery on line through their email updates. Once the initial recovery failed, they were able to recover the files using an Advanced method. My only concern was the pricing that customer service initially offered...make sure you have an idea of how much your lost data is worth to you and weigh that against the pricing that is offered to you. If it's too high, then tell them to see what they can do...

If you have a drive, it can mount to your computer, you can't see the partition or you accidentally deleted your photos, then they can recover your photos. But your neighbor and son could properly do that with some free software as well. If you have a problem with a damaged drive. Then they will take your 25 USD, and tell you that your own weight in gold can't pay for this recovery. Even though you were told buy support that the problem should be an easy fix with 98% success rate on the cheap price. Yeahhhhh right.

The only critique I would have is how they market their pricing structure. The pricing they offer is not what I ended up paying; it was more. However, I still think the price was "FAIR" and I am "VERY" satisfied with the service and the recovery. They did everything they suggested they would do and did it in a timely manner. I would use them again without reservation....PERIOD!

I sent in an unreadable usb memory stick that was getting hot when plugged in. They were able to recover most if not all my files. Very professional, good customer service, kept me informed as to the progress they were making. A plus was being able to talk to a person if needed during the process. Would definitely recommend their service

16 Gigabite USB Memory stick was not readable or detectable. Checked in a few different computers and it was the same .We got a local computer technician to check it out. He said its done for and data is lost. There was aproximate 5 gigabite of data on unit.He said it is a solid state unit so there is no way to recover data.I was not quite ready yet to give up that all my data would be lost as some of data was on USB only and not on any computer.I started doing some research on the web and found a few different data recovery companys . eProvided seemed to be the most confident of a good recovery.Data was not recoverable with a basic recovery so advanced recovery had ot be done.
Great success at recovering data.Eprovided has saved me a lot of extra work to get things back to point where data was lost.Thanks for all your help and would recommend you to anyone with lost data.
