A company that now cares about its customers.
My post-sales experience with Environvent was shaky. However, the new franchisee in the southwest has changed all that. I just had a warranty repair done at no cost to me, by a friendly and professional engineer, returning me to full satisfaction with Envirovent's products.
A well handled turn around. It is clear that Envirovent are values-led. I am now happy to once again recommend them to others.

I have lived in a housing assiciation…
I have lived in a housing assiciation santuary housing with electric heating . A two bed bunglow for ten years. They got envirovent to put in a piv unit in the hall way. The place is freezing it overventilates and will cost you a fortune to heat your property. These units are plasters to your damp problems. Fix you damp floors and if you have cavity wall insulation make sure its not damp and dropped in wall and you have no penetrating damp ie damaged plaster. Stormdry your brick work .Check your attic is not damp and has air flow also good insulation and eves are not blocked. Good windows and doors. Then get rid of these horrirble scammy products. If you need ventilation go for heat recovery units either whole house or single units. If you get a piv get one that can heat the air to higher than there 10 degrees they offer other companies can provide this. Or except high energy bills and itchy dry skin. Envirovent your piv units are terrible shame on you.

Took ages to come back to then inform they couldn’t fit vents despite suggesting they could when they did a site visit.
Chased over 3 times and waited nearly 2 months post survey.

We asked for help from Enviro vent. from start to finish our experience was hassle free . The company representative was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on installing a ceiling vent to help with humidity in our property .
Workmen then came to fit their product, they were very good with the installation respectful of property and cleaned up after themselves.
Their product, ceiling vent has certainly helped our property.

Great service
Got a PIV unit installed which we are very happy with. The service was great and the staff very knowledgeable and experienced. Since the installation we haven't had any condensation at all even with drying clothes indoors. The installation was quick and the workers were tidy, friendly and helpful. Can't recommend the company highly enough.

Ok after service, if a little slow
Bought an Atmos five years ago. When it stopped working, they replaced the whole unit without a problem. Getting through to speak to someone was a little confusing and it did take a week for them to finally get back to me (hence a star lost), but all in all OK after service.

Rubbish
If you’re unfortunate enough to initially have a salesman talk your ears off trying to convince you to have one of their fans, do your research first. Unfortunately they installed it uneven, directly above the shower so you’re cold while showering and dripping instead of removing the moisture in the air. It needs adjusting and despite promising they would return to adjust if needed have said they can’t. So no after care and liars! The fans are also expensive to run and make the house even colder, something sales will obviously not tell you.

We understand your concerns regarding the information provided during your initial visit. Our surveyors aim to give residents a clear understanding of how our ventilation systems work and how they help improve air quality. Our fans have been used in homes across the UK for numerous years to help reduce issues caused by poor air movement, mould, and condensation. They run continuously and use intelligent humidity tracking to increase airflow when needed, helping to keep rooms well ventilated.
Regarding the installation above the shower, the effect you’ve described can sometimes occur when the fan is working efficiently and drawing moisture rapidly toward it. In certain conditions, condensation can form on the front cover due to temperature differences, even though the fan is still effectively removing moisture from the air.
We’re also sorry to hear that you feel we have refused to return. As the installation was arranged through your housing provider, we do require their approval before attending again. If you raise your concerns with them, we will be more than happy to revisit and make any necessary adjustments.

100% Recommend
I work for a Lettings agency in Cornwall and have been working with James Pearce.
James and the team at Envirovent are fantastic with communication, providing regular updates and have just completed the first installation for us.
Our Tenants have noted a huge change in the air in the property with their daughters asthma being less aggravated just 24 hours later.
