The PIV team customer service has been great for us, they haven’t been able to do anything for us but have answered so many questions and given us detailed explanations on the sorts of systems that might work better for us in spite of there being nothing in it for them. I would definitely contact them again if we ever did need a PIV system.
Frank at PIV UK was really helpful. Had plenty of time for me and gave good options to sort out the low air movement issues I was having.

Wanted a PIV. Thought about doing it DIY but I saw the prices on PIV UK and very fairly priced and opted to just pay. Easy booking via email, Frank text me on the day with an ETA and took him an hour to install it where I wanted. Working perfectly, installed in a tidy manner and no mess left behind. Very happy with the unit and PIV UK and would happily recommend.

Great company to deal with, I was kept updated from my initial enquiry to the day of installation. Fitting did not take long at all and the fitter was really good at answering all the questions I threw at him 😂 I noticed a difference in our windows within 24 hours but didn’t want to get too excited as the weather hadn’t been that cold and was waiting for it to be really cold as that’s when I knew the unit would really have made a difference…. Well that morning was today and what a difference!!! Normally all our windows would be saturated but none of that, it was amazing!! I would recommend this product and company 100%
Absolutely first class company. Small enough to provide the individual touch but professional enough to do a big company job!! We had awful RH levels in our newly bought home but our PIV has reduced it from high 80% to below 60% which a year ago I wouldnt have believed possible. Huge thanks to Frank Emma & team
