Getting a ticket refund for a cancelled event.
The event I bought tickets for was cancelled the day before, and over one month later I'm still waiting for a refund.

We sell tickets on behalf of event organisers, and they didn't tell us that this event had been cancelled - this first we heard about it was when we read your review. We've contacted them today and we'll be in touch soon.

Why variable administration fees for thesamd service
Easy to book and good website but am interested in the rationale of administration fees varying by ticket price. As it all automated I assume it is just profiteering. Or am I missing something?

Some of the costs we incur for processing your order are fixed, but others - such as card processing fees - vary according to the price of the ticket.
Although the purchase process itself is automated, the booking fees pay for the team of staff who work behind the scenes and other costs associated with running the website.

Mis-sell and AI only customer service
Absolutely appalling level of service. They mis-sell tickets for events by not stating in their adverts or when buying that there are actually different sections - so unlike Ticketmaster you don't know where you are buying tickets from. I have contacted their customer service on several occasions (email naturally - you can't speak to a human) and just get AI generated responses which don't answer question. Also you apparently don't actually get the tickets until just before the event so can't check. I am so angry and frustrated. Never buying from them again.

We've asked for your order number and details so we can help, but we haven't heard back from you yet.
Our ticketing portal provides answers to common questions using an AI assistant, but you can contact our customer service team 7 days a week at help@ents24.com.
Fake tickets
Tickets were easy to purchase, however they did not grant us access to the event! They were unable to be scanned either via mobile or printed.
Reached out to Ents24 to not receive a refund or any form of investigation details in over a month.
AVOID, they are obviously selling FAKE tickets to take your money! FRAUD for definite!

Thank you for your review, and we understand your frustration.
We only sell genuine tickets on behalf of concert promoters and venues. Even if tickets don't scan, the door staff are able to check your purchase details.
As we explained in our emails, we're currently investigating what happened and we're sorry it's taking longer than we hoped. We did email you on 23 June to keep you updated and we hope to have this resolved very soon.

Better than Ticketmaster
I always try to use Ents24 where possible as I have found availability and ease of purchase far better than using the evil that is Ticketmaster/Live Nation

Beware!
I bought 2 tickets for a Sam Campbell headline act in London this October. Sam was cancelled and replaced by a different headline act. ENTS24 have refused to refund my ticket, even though it is clearly stated in their terms and conditions that a change in headline act is eligible for a refund.
