I regularly use Ents24 to buy concert tickets. Their booking system is straightforward to use and my tickets are always issued without any problems.
I receive email alerts for artists and venues which I'm interested in, allowing me to set reminders for notifications when tickets go on sale. Information is sent in a clear and easy to view format, which is clearly listed and easy to navigate, with relevant additional information displayed.
Simple to use and easy to share information with friends if needed.

Easy, straightforward buying process. Especially welcome was the fact that, unlike some ticket sites, you can simply buy the ticket without needing to create an account.

We always find out about shows/concerts through Ents 24. We find that they are reliable & trustworthy. They are also excellent communicators if you do need to contact them.

Relatively cheap when you compare it to Ticketmaster. If you can, never buy tickets with Ticketmaster or Livenation as they are almost always more expensive. We can thank them for the egregious dynamic pricing model.

Just good service no problem ever getting my ticket

knowingly selling tickets for events that produce illegal levels of noise and refuse to take responsibly for that fact they are Aiding and Abetting a crime.

Always straightforward

Booked an event in London (from Yorkshire) particularly to see one person in a line up of 3, when we got into the venue they announced the line up and the lady we had gone to see wasn’t mentioned. When I asked the venue they said it had been changed a week ago and ENTS24 should’ve let us know. I have emailed them and got quite an abrupt unapologetic email back. I fully appreciate these things happen but I feel we should’ve been informed then could’ve decided whether to go or not.

Ents24 failed to notify me that the gig I was due to attend with my partner had been rescheduled, despite having my email address as part of my original ticket order. It was only by chance that just before we were due to travel to Southampton that I discovered the gig had been rescheduled. This resulted in me incurring additional costs from having to move my hotel booking, and both my partner and I wasting a day’s annual leave. When raising a complaint with the company, it was met unsympathetically with no explanation of why I was not informed. They refused to compensate me for my additional costs as a result of their failings. To add insult to injury, someone obviously thought it would be hilarious to send me an email saying the gig had been rescheduled after I had already complained about failure to inform me. Despicable behaviour from Ents24.

They keep saying they will be there soon and if not got them 72 hr before the concert to get back in touch and now now reply discussing to be honest
They have managed to turn something I was looking forward to into a nightmare

I bought tickets for billy ocean in llangollen on 27th june 2026 and have not recieved them they are saying they will come from venue and the venue are saying they dont issue them i think i have been scammed

Decided on the spur of the moment to book for a show having received an email showing what's on. Found booking the seats very straightforward in comparison with some other sites.

Always good service from 100 club even more so getting a seat for disability x

ENTS24 is excellent at tracking when all my favourite bands and comedians are playing. Not even sure there is an alternative to them.

I booked tickets for an event, paid for my tickets, received my tickets, and then they said the event was cancelled. According to the venue, it is still going ahead, so I am not sure whether my tickets are valid, or what the situation is. There has been no communication, and they tell you that tickets are non refundable. Luckily I booked with a credit card, so I have cover. This is the first and last time I am booking through Ents

I love the fact that you offer REAL paper tickets as an option - not just electronic tickets. I always like to save my real tickets as memories of seeing bands and hearing great music. Thank you for allowing us to choose this option.
