An absolutely dreadful place!
My daughter has been a patient at Elysium's Rhodes Wood Hospital for over a year and so I have extensive experience dealing with them.
They are usually understaffed, badly managed, there's poor communication, they often have untrained agency staff and often make extremely serious mistakes.
There has been extensive abuse of patients according to other parents with whom I've spoken. This hospital deserves to be shut down and parents got together to start the rwhospital.co.uk campaign to do just that.

No support from higher management
No support from higher management, higher Management have favorites and sod the rest , salary is not sufficient especially for a loan person, staff there are mostly nice but to affaird to speak there minds and feel drained and underappreciated, very stressful and is not organized place to work . Constant agency staff that are different ones every day , some don't no what they are doing lack of brain injuries and training, understaffing. Dont waste your time in putting effort and hard work into a company that doesn't appreciate you . SNM

This is the worst company
This is the worst company I've ever worked for! They do not appreciate employees at all, we are only waste for them. I have never received any bonus or no one said thanks to me for good job. They are messing up with payslips and if you don't check it regularly you'll loose every month some money! I feel like a piece of s***. They are promising benefits for employees, but what benefits?! Discount 5%or 10% for stuff what I'll never buy!!! I had serious injury at work which wasn't my fault. They didn't say sorry and didn't support me during my sick leave. No compensation at all. I will need to take lawyer to get some money because I have permanent aftereffects.
There's no support for employees at all! Please, avoid this company. It will be thed biggest mistake what you can do if you're going to work for them!

Poor management
Poor management, inexperienced unqualified staff promoted easily.
Service users are great and a pleasure to work with, shame about the staff and their cliquey culture.
It's a case of who not what you know.
Best thing I ever did was leave this company.
