Elena Claire Recensioni

Low quality product. Impossible to reach these people. Sent an email and haven’t received a response from anyone yet. It’s been 3 days. Finally found some information on line about shipping back a dress, must send to Asia and shipping must be insured. Minimum shipping cost is $25.00. Never will I order again from this company. Thumbs down 👎

If I could give it no stars I would. Refund policy has a min shipping charge of $25.

Order cancelled with no explanation - no answer to my email

I ordered two pairs of rainbow elastic weave maryjanes in size 37. I got an email refunding the money with no explanation. I did not get my shoes. I LOVE these shoes and was excited to replace the pair I've worn out, so this was a disappointing experience. I would still love to buy these shoes, but I am honestly not sure what went wrong.

I never received my order been trying to get a refund and email is bouncing back saying email address does not exist this is my 2nd attempt to purchase these shoes having paid delivery twice I would appreciate someone getting in touch as website is now down aswell

I never received my order

Elena Claire is a family business... they are very reliable and helpful and always post out as soon as possible....I love their shoes......

Straightforward online purchase, delivery as promised and shoes that I know from previous experience are hard-wearing and comfortable.
I know I could get similar products from other large online retailers, but I prefer to buy from a local company with an ethos I share - even if it costs more.

Product is brilliant quality, made a fantastic Christmas present! Communication regarding delivery and the speed in which is was delivered was also fantastic!

The shoes are so comfortable and pretty - delivery is quick and returns are easy and efficient

Excellent shoes - I've reordered quite a few times. So comfy for work and also for walking.
Arrived quickly - a great company and a great service!

Always delivered quickly. Love the casual shoes always really comfy and good colours.

Shoes came were good fit ,and when i contacted them as delivery was taking longer than i thought was contacted back straight away good customer service would order again with no hesitation

Very quick, efficient service and a great product. Thank you.

Ordering was easy, and the order was correct when it arrived.

I love these shoes - they are like wearing your slippers all day!!! The only trouble is I find they don’t last as long as I like as the inner becomes detached from the sole of the shoe - still worth the money though!!! xxx

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes as they are so comfortable as well as hard wearing.

This is my 3rd pair and they keep me on my feet. I have awful feet these are so comfy and cover the deformity of bunions

Fast, quick and efficient service.
