this company is a scam. It sends low quality way too small items from China. It takes a long time to arrive, then one cannot even try the item since it is so ridiculously small. I hope to be able to return it as they say on their site. Never again! Their address and website are a fake front.

Bought a ‘waterproof jacket’ for €94 that was actually a badly made hoodie whose zip broke a week after purchase. Tried to get a refund and was offered 15% off further purchases - I mean come on…
Take note THIS WEBSITE IS A CON, DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Worst company ever!! The quality is horrible, the customer service even worse. The responses are AI generated and try to give you a credit on future purchases so you don’t have to return your product, they refused to give a return address to return the product too and we try and wire you down with AI generated responses! WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not buy anything from this company. It’s all garbage.

I ordered a coat for my wife - an Adalyn wool blend coat. So disappointing. We both feel we have been duped. When the coat arrived it was shoddy and smaller than we expected ( in spite of being sold as long it was more of a jacket length). The material was thinner than advertised and the coat very crumpled. Moreover, which company does NOT have a manufacturer's label inside? There wasn't one! Presumably because they are embarrassed by their product. We looked to send it back and claim a refund but it was hard to find an address to post it to (and we would have to pay extra for tracking and only being able to apply for a refund once we had been notified it had arrived). As of yet, Emma Claire Hampton have not requested a review. Which company in 2026 does not ask for a review. In short, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Should have checked the reviews before getting involved- my bad.
I haven't got money to give away but if l can l support so many causes because l believe in helping people with less than yourself- my heart breaks when l see the desperation out there.
These people have no conscience because they know they are deceiving people who still believe in the honesty of others.
I hope karma prevails - Please be careful all the genuine lovely people- this seems all too common - question your sources - in particular the origins of the people you are dealing with

if i could give zero stars i would if you item doesn’t fit trying to get your money back is a joke they try offering you a % credit avoid at all costs unless you want yo get ripped off and the return is in china

Order this parcel on the 20th sept,ever still hasn’t arrived all tracking says is shipped, PLAESE don’t fall for the scam like I have, if you email them they just tell you it’s on the way, can’t comment on quality but reading other reviews I am not expecting it to be good quality even if it does arrive avoid avoid

Terrible quality, they won’t offer refund, want you to send back to china at your own cost. You can have a small credit to buy more goods and pay for something else likely of terrible quality, sounds like a major scam, I would avoid and contact your credit card people and report them!

I ordered a dress back in August, they took my money then they emailed to say the dress is not in stock would I like something similar, I said no I want a refund, its now October and I have no refund although they keep saying allow 10days.....then another 10 days......still no refund,AVOID THIS COMPANY ....I will take this down once I receive my money back

SCAM Company it would seem. Wish I'd looked at Trustpilot before ordering! Also wish I could give a ZERO star! Ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding, what arrived was totally different quality to photo on website. A badly stitched shapeless hard polyester rag. Have now found out that there are lot's of scam Chinese companies like this masking as boutique UK or USA sites - advertising sales discounts of 'quality clothing' on home page alongside promises of 'easy returns' but if you click onto their refund policy - you will see that returns are near impossible. They give no returns labels or even any correct address. I did simulation of return to China even though it would not be worth cost, but UPS refused to process even simulation as address is not correct - either fake or deliberately vague!! 3 weeks later Emma Claire Hamptons still refuse to give me a zip/ postal code for return address! Soon we will pass the 30 day return period with no correct return address given! TOTAL scam - and worse because they actually ship some tat to you, it is really hard to report as a fraud or claim back via your bank as you have a 'product' and they have their difficult return set up somewhere in the small print regardless of saying opposite on home page - how are these sites allowed to trade in UK?!!!!

I bought some loafer shoes which looked good and had good reviews .
They were Orthopedic shoes which I needed and cost £35.00
When they arrived the quality was appalling.
The tongue on the shoe was paper thin , you could have torn it with your bare hands.
They were so uncomfortable I couldn’t, even walk to my front door
I requested a return label as there is no return address on the website.
Only to be told returning them would be too expensive,
so I could keep them and enjoy there 15% discount on my next purchase. Which amounts to less than £5.00.
On looking at further reviews in transpires that the company is working out of China .
Well what a surprise goodbye £35.00.

Ordered a coat, the coats material was poor quality. Tried contacting the company to arrange returning the item for refund several times and I have had no reply.

Would have preferred zero stars option as more reflective of my feelings. Terrible product. Misleading advertising. No response to requests for refund on multiple email addresses. Clearly am not going to secure a refund. Warning: do NOT purchase from this website

Do not shop on this website! Poor quality items and refusal to refund - just offers of more poor quality items at a discount. Avoid - misleading easy returns - impossible returns and refunds - they are stealing your money …. There is no refund for goods which have to be sent overseas - they will disappear, you will have paid for return postage to China and you will not receive a refund! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE - there is NO customer service or refund!

Finally got a return address and it's a warehouse in China despite the website saying USA.

Terrible quality items, nothing like the pictures. Trying to currently get a refund however the company is offering a store credit for the amount for the item rather than a refund!

They offer full refund yet don’t tell you that the cost of return to the USA or wherever they are makes it prohibitive. The goods claimed to be Gabor - I checked with them - and I take a UK 9 - checked sizing with them. They are not Gabor - cheap rubbish and they are about a size 6. Honesty is the best way they can improve. In fairness they offered a 70% discount on a new order but that’s not going to happen.

The saga continues!!!
I have asked for refund and confirmation of return address. They are avoiding the issue and keep offering discount up to 45% and for me to keep shoes which are too small!!! They do not have any dignity or any morals.
I will continue to ask for refund but not confident at all and resigned to losing my money
