Having to replace a boiler is super stressful - trying to find a replacement boiler and trustworthy company is even more so. I found The Electric Heating Company here on Trustpilot due to the over 800 positive reviews.
My call was picked up by Jacqueline instantly. She took on-board immediately what was needed, created a package of what products would be suitable, arranged delivery the next day and registered the warranty. She emailed me the relevant installation manuals and assured me their technical team was available for any questions or support during installation and at any time in the future.
I am so impressed with the level of knowledge, clear, friendly, professional customer service and help in general with the whole project. I feel in safe hands.

Today I commissioned my first CometPV boiler of the new model. I was having trouble with the configuration and knew I had set something up wrong and phoned the technical helpline. I spoke to a great Scotsman called John who talked me through the settings I needed for the system I was working with. John was very patient and helpful and we got the boiler running well in next to no time. I really appreciated his manner and his patience with talking me through everything and finding the solution. Great service. Next time I install one of these boilers I will call first to configure it before I touch any settings and then I will be fine in future. I will recommend these boilers to my customers when an electric system boiler is required.

Diagnosed my boiler fault via a video on WhatsApp and sent me the link for the relevant part. So helpful and would recommend.

Comet electric Boiler Fault, called and spoke to Technical today, one of my customers has a comet electric boiler, tech guys were brilliant, and I was able to get the customer up and running again today with the advice from the tech support.Nice having a product that has the back up, tech guys that are knowledgeable about their product and happy to help. Great service.

Phones the sales and technical lines before buying the Slim Jim boiler to replace my knackered Amptec boiler and they were very helpful and knowledgable even talked me out of buying the more expensive 14kw version which I had my heart set in

I called today because a client of mine was having an issue with their boiler, not purchased from you I don't think.

I spoke to John just to see if you had any numbers for fitters who might be able to help her.

John was absolutely brilliant, didn't matter that there was nothing in it for you. He gave me a number for David at Wire My heating who covers the GU7 area.

David was there about fours hours later, mended it within an hour and charged a very fair price for the work.

Great aftercare service, happy to help, excellent in depth knowledge of the product and heating systems generally with plumbing issue resolved in minutes over the telephone. My EHC boiler has been in use constantly for 7 years with no major issues. The boiler and cylinder performance is excellent. If you need an electric boiler look no further.
