We have had excellent customer service from the Team, both before and after installation. John in particular has always been keen to help see that we understand and get the best from the system they supplied. Slim Jim boiler with hot water storage tank has been great.

We recently used The Electrical Heating Company and were so impressed with the exceptional customer service we received. John in the technical department was amazing! He guided us through the process of adjusting our boiler and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I phoned EHC technical department for assistance to downrate my boiler. John couldn’t be more helpful, he talked me through the process & I had the job done in minutes. These EHC boilers are the future of heating if we can get the government to reduce the cost of electricity.

Great product and great service
I have had my boiler for over 4 years with the extended 5 year guarantee and not a single problem.
I recently had an issue and the guys Mark and John in the maintenance team went over and above to solve the issue.
I would not hesitate to buy their products again.
