We were picked up in Llanelli and Phill our driver went above and beyond what I expected. Told us everything we needed to know. He insisted on sorting my wheelchair and even watched me coming off the bus.Our hotel was fabulous , we stayed in the Hilton in Reading b&b and evening meal included in the price . There was loads of choice both meals.The rooms were really nice , lovely bathroom with the biggest towels all nice and fluffy.They had lovely latte as well. Highly recommend you try this company as it blows the rest out of the companies out of the water. See you soon Jason Edwards coaches .

Just been to Disneyland Paris with them. Im giving this 5 star review for the driver alone. What a top guy. Friendly, warm and made an already wonderful experience special.

I arranged two excursions for a large family group and Edwards provided multiple options for us to see the things we wanted to see. It took months to get all of us on the same page, and we were actually still making changes on the day. Office staff and drivers were patient and accommodating, and always professional.

The Ypres ww1 Battlefields tour, was brilliant. Superb tour guide and wonderful hotel, located right in the heart of Ypres.

Just come back from the rail and sail trip to Scotland,had a fantastic time, excellent excursions ,which we really enjoyed. Charlie our driver was a real character,very funny on times,also excellent driver, patient and very knowledgeable. We stayed at the Winnock hotel, lovely hotel,rooms cleaned and bed made every day. Meals were fantastic,good choice of menu with generous portions, couldn't fault anything. Would recommend this trip if it goes again.

5 of us went to Bournemouth stayed at Suncliff hotel bournmouth John our driver was really nice and helpful
Although basic rooms at hotel they were clean The food was good And we couldn't praise the staff enough they were all great and went the extra mile

The driver of the coach in northern Ireland trip today's date, absolutely atrocious driving leaving Belfast onto the m1, 1st on a slip road onto the main road approached well over speed trying to force a lorry to stop are change lanes to fast neither of which could be done,which then resulted in extremely heavy braking, to where then done everything possible to get behind lorry sitting dangerously to close to rear of lorry in the correct slow lane at that point of road flashing lights like mad and then undertook on a road that was clearly signed for left turns only. Very dangerous driver no need at all.

Driver John was very good & people on the tour were very friendly. Hotel was good but could do with a bit of TLC on it. Showers were not very powerful. Food was good & staff were brilliant. Took the Feeder bus to the Cardiff West services. Had I been aware that it would take 2 hours to get there I would have got there on my own steam. I would book Edwards again

Went to Ireland st Patrick's day 3 nights ,hotel was cold throughout our stay after having many conversations saying they would leave heating on ,the parade was very poor show itself .the restaurant we had to sit in the same seat throughout our stay sharing tables with strangers ,to be told last morning of departure with 2 coaches leaving same time to SIT ANYWHERE,which threw destruction into the mix,day trip was to Blarney ,wanted to visit the STONE sadly didn't have enough time as we were only to stay there hour and half,so totally pointless visiting .have e.mailed my upset but have no reply ,hence this review .have travelled many times with Edwards coaches and always enjoyed our experience.very disapointed

Just completed a trip to Harrogate with Edwards. We stayed at The Cairn Hotel, a Victorian hotel with all the original features.
The trip included dinner, breakfast & even a packed lunch on our day trip to Skipton & Settle.
The day trip to York was great!!
A further enhancement for the whole of our trip was the efficiency, friendliness, & the humour of our driver John!!
Great value for money!!

Excellent hotel the Crown at Weymouth. Staff very accommodating. Chris and Gavin were very helpful. Good trip to Dorchester. Bournemouth a waste of time. Please consider Salisbury instead, possibly on a Tuesday as it is market day.

This honestly has to just be the worst bus service of all time. The buses are always extremely late. Don’t recommend

Just returned from a 4 day break to see the carnivals in The Netherlands. Great trip, really well organised and our driver Charlie was an absolute star. He was helpful, funny and very professional. This is our second Edwards Coach holiday, and Im sure there'll be more!

I had a shock of my life this rude bus driver was very very rude. He asked me of i had any less then a £20 not i explained to him that is all I have i couldn't apologise enough he said to me it will be is pound coins I said that will be fine thank you. And then he said you took all my change now and slammed the money on that little desk thing and I said I was sorry he shuck is head and shoulders and me and I walked away crying and scared. The bus drivers name in question is Richard Thomas. I am automatic and I'm epileptic i normal have a family member with but in this case there was no one to come with me today

The buses over the last few weeks have been very bad at timekeeping. On Friday the 400 bus was half an hour late going to Cardiff and over 35 minutes late coming back. Very poor service.

Edwards coaches, highly recommended . A great 4 days in Belgium,Thank you to Kristen for finding us a last minute deal and a big thank you to our driver Cliff for a wonderful holiday. Both kirsten and Cliff are a credit to you and are the reason I am looking to book again very soon. Would highly recommend this company for a stress free coach holiday.

Just returned from an excellent trip to Potters Resort: Five Lakes with driver Steve W. The resort was absolutely fantastic & everyone on the return journey was planning on booking again! There were plenty of activities which meant the two excursions to Colchester & Lavenham could easily be done on the same day to allow people to take advantage of this (could even possibly add an optional half day excursion to the Tiptree Jam Museum). Steve was polite & professional & ensured the happiness of all his customers for the full 5 days.

It would seem that Edward coaches continue to employ rude drivers. Earlier this afternoon as I was driving up a particularly narrow hill, a female driver of an Edwards public service bus was coming down the hill, She ignored the unwritten rule of allowing the driver coming up, the courtesy of the right of way. Instead of stopping at the top of the hill she continued down, forcing me to reverse back, having to try and avoid hitting parked cars, to allow her to pass. Even when it was pointed out to her that there was room enough for her to pass with ease, without me having to reverse back down the hill and avoid the possibility of hitting parked cars, she continued to force me back diwn. Her attitude was one of ...... my bus is bigger than your car and I can do what I like. So rude!!!

Great driver Richard, kept us updated and entertained throughout. Lovely hotel at Arklow Bay and Ramada in Belfast. Titanic exhibition was a bit crowded but the tour guides for Belfast and Dublin were fantastic. The only downside was a horrible hotel in Waterford on the way back. Dirty, no heating or hot water, no vegetarian food and the rest was nasty too by all accounts. The windows in the very small room were inadequate, the channels on the tv didn't work neither did the safe. The electrics looked none too safe, sockets hanging off the wall. A disappointing end to an otherwise excellent trip.

Just back from Bletchley Park tour. Very interesting visit.
Philip our driver went above and beyond, very friendly and personable. 10/10 for Phil.
