We went on the Stratford upon Avon /Cheltenham trip on 9th /10th August. The whole trip was excellent. We stayed at Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa, spotless hotel with lovely staff and lovely food. But what made our trip was Linda our driver, she was amazing, very helpful and was so very funny

Linda at leisure time was amazing from start to finish which made our holiday at the isle of white, we took the mystery holiday and we just knew a days earlier.
It was a different hotel than what we stayed last year. My goodness from the first room it was to far for me to walk to the lift. That was changed, the second room, shower over the bath, ok we might be able to manage as there were no more rooms available ho my I was wrong the shower did only trickle, I could not have a bath I would never get up,
Next was the food, omg the only meal that was ok was the breakfast, the evening meal was terrible every evening, frozen food, on day 1 I could only eat 1 chip the rest was overcooked,
I hope the next holiday that all goes on either miss the Ocean view Hotel or tell them they either need to learn to cook home made food to make it 100% better or get a chef that can and also they need to upgrade every room to make it better. Lovely holiday without the hotel included

Wonderful holiday to Klosters in Switzerland. The Bernina Express, Arosa Bahn and St. Moritz tours were all stunning and my hotel, The Silvretta Park was incredible.
From my pick up point in S.Wales to arrival everything was well organised and ran smoothly thanks to the drivers, Keith and Linda. They were absolutely fantastic with exceptional driving skills on the hairpin bends of the high mountain passes and friendly, cheerful interaction with all the passengers.
I loved my Leisuretime holiday to the Swiss Railways and have already booked to go to Italy next .

We enjoyed a lovely day trip to Monmouth, Wye River Cruise and Tintern Abbey. Our fun drivers, John & Lloyd, communicated along the way. Everything was very organized and on time. Thank you for a fun day!

Just returned from a weekend trip to see Paddington the musical with my husband and granddaughters. Hotel first class and our driver John was a delight.
Will travel with them again

Went on a trip to Torquay Derwent hotel 19/6 for 3 night with 6 ladies.
Disappointed with the hotel and food and 2 of our party had to be moved to the sister hotel as room not suitable and no other room available. This of course split our up party! We have traveled many times with Leisuretime but must say this hotel was disappointing!
What I would say on a more positive note was our coach driver ‘Jock’ made our weekend. He was friendly fun a good sport throughout our break and made it more tolerable for us so a big thank you to him.

My wife & I have been on many trips with this Company. Yesterday, we went for Sunday Dinner on the SS Great Britain.
Picking up, dropping off in Bristol with necessary information and returning to our home dropping off point was faultless. Our Driver Duane, was great and we had a very comfortable coach journey there and back.
The SS Great Britain, The Brunel Experience and our Dinner were excellent. What a fantastic day out! Loads of Museum information from the well informed volunteers and perfectly cooked food - what a combination!
We would recommend both Leisuretime and The Dockyard Museum for future trips.

I had to change a break today, and the way it was handled by John was very professional and made it easy to change

Went to Abba Voyage on 9th May, Jock the driver was great, concert was excellent, hotel good location and nice clean rooms. But breakfast at the hotel was shocking, unorganised chaos where tea and coffee are out of urns that have seen better days, cups not enough so they were hand washing behind bar which left the cup tasting like soap suds. Breakfast is brought to you on a plastic plate and ours were fridge cold which were sent back to then be brought back same plates of food microwaved. All great besides this just skip breakfast and have something when you get dropped off in Westminster at 10am as not much open on Sunday until 11am anyway

Welsh Lakes Day Trip.
Well worth a Trip to the Lakes.
Beautiful, breathtaking, Scenery.
Our coach Driver was Lloyd, an amazing driver who steered the coach through narrow winding lanes and hills.
He was clear and informative with the plan of the Day.and went above and beyond in assisting passengers.

Just back from 5 day tour to Bodelwyddan Castle.
Had a fabulous time, beautiful hotel set in really lovely grounds. Food was excellent, very plentiful and lots of choices at every meal. Something to suit everyone. Hotel rooms were really comfortable and very well equipped. Good entertainment every night.
Really enjoyed our trips out on coach to Chester and Llandudno with our lovely driver Lloyd. He was an excellent driver and looked after all the passengers very well, ensuring everyone got the most out of their break.

Just returned from Cotswold and Bath weekend trip. From the time we were picked up to the time we were dropped off I can honestly say it was such a lovely well organised trip. Our driver Nigel was so professional and very helpful, he was quite a character, music playing, comfortable coach and he was very informative. Hotel was clean and staff friendly, couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel.
Overall a perfect weekend and such good value. Will certainly travel with Leisuretime again. Thank you

Our experience was fantastic start to finish. John in the office was helpful when making the initial booking, making changes to the booking and answering numerous questions along the way.
All pick ups & drop offs were timely and the coach driver Jock was fun, full of personality whilst ensuring everyone remained safe! The only downside was the length of time it took us to drive to London and again back to Cardiff!
The show itself was fabulous, even if you’re not a huge ABBA fan it’s one of the most entertaining shows I’ve seen!
The pub and restaurant recommendation’s from John were close to the hotel and spot on, great fun.
The hotel rooms (Ibis) were on the small side, especially rooms for 3 people, which were no bigger than the rooms for 2. It’s ok for 1 night and very hot. The hotel is very safe, you can’t enter any areas of the hotel unless you have a keycard. In turn this ensures all areas are clean and tidy.

Had a lovely weekend away to Blackpool Dwayne was our coach driver. Stayed at the Royal Seabank hotel .we had a fab time staff were all friendly and helpful expecially The viking who works behind bar .food was lovely had drinks offer .everyone who stayed there hope Leisure time put this hotel in their brochure. Thank you once again to Leisure time for a great time away definitely will be booking again 😀👍👍

We travelled with Leisuretime Coach Holidays to Rudesheim Christmas Market. It was a good trip and was extra special because of our coach driver, Ray. My husband unfortunately had an accident and we couldn't have managed without Ray's support and kindness. The Hotel Lindenwirt was amazing with lovely accommodation, food, really helpful staff and in an amazing location.

Lovely long weekend in Blackpool.
Out driver Lloyd kept us well informed on times etc. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you for you safe driving.

What a fab trip away with Lloyd our wonderful Driver to Blackpool he bent over backwards to make sure our holiday was the best it could be the hotel was fab a lovely time had by all my gang of 13 thank you Lloyd you are awesome xx

Xmas market in Blenheim was fantastic but the weather was awful Driver
