No issues and prompt delivery. However no packaging,the boxe the glasses came is completly smashed to bits,no good for a gift,luckily the glasses are intact.

I ordered Lacoste glasses frames on Friday 29th November 2024 and received them on Monday 2nd December 2024. They were brand new frames sent in a brand new Lacoste glasses case. They were urgently needed to replace my original frames which got broken by accident. After receiving them I had the lenses from the old frame fitted to the new frame later that day.
Very pleased with receiving them so quickly.

So easy to order and very fast delivery

Disappointed that the Ralph Lauren sunglasses were not in a proper Ralph Lauren box

Is easy to collect parcel

The box arrived with no plastic cover. The UPS driver left it outside in torrential rain. I live in Ireland and it rains A LOT. I know we are trying to cut down on plastic but sometimes it is essential. When I came home from work the box was so wet it disintegrated. Luckily the glasses inside were OK. This was a gift and I had no box to wrap them in. So easily avoided with a plastic outer wrapper.

Super fast service, frames ordered on the 22nd and delivered on the 24th. No stress.

Great products at a great price little bit late arriving but that's the couriers and was kept informed about delays

I'm a loyal customer - bought 3 frames previously.
I ordered 2 frames in the current sale
They arrived with one nose pad shattered & detached.
I requested a replacement and was told they can not supply one!
Previously I have been impressed by Edel

My existing glasses suffered a breakage.
This left me trying to find a repair, luckily a quick search on line took me to Edel optics.
Found the exact style and model. Ordered at 4 pm and they were delivered the next day!

You don't deserve to have a busbecause you don't know how tontreat or to respect tge customers. I have ordered one pair of glasses of 173 GBP and I have waited for this around 40 days. 40 days to come from Germany to UK? Even the courier bring them with a bicycle, will arive more soon than 40 days.

Ordered two pairs of raybands and both of them came and both were wonky. Doesnt impact the feel but its just annoyong

I ordered my glasses with some trepidation, as I have always bought through my opticians before. However, I can't get the frames I wanted in the UK anymore.
