Excellent customer service from staff. Delivery left a lot to be desired, driver moaned about puttung in back garden and then just dumped it. Wxcellent product but would have liked it to be shrink wrapped into different parts i.e. Roof spindles etc with perhaps with a small sticker a, b, c, d etc. on each part so it corresponds with instructions. Otherwise it is an excellent product and easy to put up, I am 72 year old woman and put it up myself so it was excellent for me xxx

We purchased a rejected, discounted decking kit and couldn't fault it. We saved over £500 doing this. The delivery was spot on. And I couldn't fault customer services either.

Competitive pricing, but there's a reason - low quality of product and service.
I bought handrails and spindles.
Delivery did not arrive on the day stated. There was no contact from edecks to tell me the delivery wouldn't happen or any explanation afterwards. I had to chase the next morning only to be told the driver was an hour away.
There is no claim on their website about the grade of the wood. It is B grade at best - very knotty, Some knots are very large and have fallen out to leave holes.
The worst thing though was the inaccurate information about spindle spacing. Their products, kits and installation instructions are all based on 125mm spacing. BUT, UK building regs state that the spacing should be less than 100mm if a child under 5 may be present in the area where the rail is installed. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Luckily, I discovered it before I began installation, but it meant I needed more spindles. I asked them to waive the £30 delivery charge if I ordered the extras, but they refused. So I bought them elsewhere and paid £6 delivery.

I had the 3.6mx3.6m reject decking kit with square handrails very happy with it my nephew put it together on his own didn’t have no trouble with missing pieces we got screws with it aswel plus membrane and hosepipe would definitely recommend edecks and would purchase again thank you

I have used eDecks before and the products have been top notch so naturally I chose to purchase again. Due to a change in circumstances I was unable to be at home to take delivery, this wasn’t a worry as I live off street and I had a concern the delivery vehicle would be to big to get to my house. This wasn’t a problem, I informed Danny at eDecks he said this would not be a problem and he would let the driver know. The driver then carried my BBQ shelter from the street to the back of my house! Many other companies would simply have charged a missed delivery fee. Amazing friendly service would highly recommend this company.

Great product, ordered late on Friday afternoon delivered on the Wednesday next week and that was the cut to order not off the shelf sizes, much quicker and easier than cutting it yourself

From initial look at website to email questions getting answered quickly, that got my vote. Ordering process and delivery confirmation great, even got to add a couple of extra items late on. Their own delivery truck with a very professional driver and unloader ( I did assist) after all it was a 4.8m x 4.8m of decking. All the bits to do the job. Will use again.

Delivery was as per arranged & straight to my door within the complex

The decking arrived on time but that's because I needed to pay £75 that's alot of money, for the delivery service on a certain date.
However when installing the decking kit using their product instructions left one decking panel too short. So we had to buy more decking and decking screws as we were about a third short. Very disappointing.

Update!!
Having spoken to edecks customer service last week. They agreed to arrange a decking board to be delivered tomorrow, and refund for the extra screws we purchased. The extra board has just been delivered at 8pm a day early. The delivery driver was very friendly. Thank you Edecks for resolving the problem.

All the materials arrived as stated. No defects in the wood, which can be a problem when buying online. A couple of boards spare which is nice. Recommended!
