Delivered as promised in a few days, everything as expected. Decent price, only minor gripe is I got a box of 200 decking screws in the kit but I needed just shy of 300, I’m not overly bothered but thought I’d mention it.

Good quality of wood components however the quality of the fixings and hardware to accompany the stringer kit could be improved. Many of the twist nails provided were defective and therefore could not be used to complete the installation as according to the instructions so I had to improvise with other hardware.

Bought a 2.4x2.4m decking kit through B&Q. Both B&Q and Edecks provided contradictory shipping details and item arrived earlier than thought, obviously when we weren't home. This item is advertised as a kit but it's just bits of timber and screws and quite a few of the decking timbers were substandard including broken bits. You would be better off getting the stuff you need directly from a shop especially if you are using standard length boards, and you can pick up better quality ones yourself. I got in touch with the company regarding the quality of some of the timbers and demanded a refund but they are stubbornly refusing to provide me with adequate compensation, instead offering a voucher code for only two of the faulty timbers. Disappointed.

The service was friendly great from order to delivery. Your driver was friendly and could not have been more helpful, he helped me carry the heavy fence panels to exactly where I wanted them in the garden. I will be using you again within the next couple of months.

Ridiculous delivery, was told it would be 19th June, no time line, no way of tracking, no way or redirect. Turned up at 8.40pm, when did that become an acceptable time to deliver? Husband works shifts for MoD, had to be up at 4am. The kit consists of screws, and wood, not a kit, could buy all from B&Q who will saw to length and deliver for a lot less. Very angry and disappointed, a days holiday for delivery which eventually came at an unsociable time. Will never use again for the large decking project.

Good product first rate delivery ,well thought out construction and easy to follow instructions. Purchased for a surprise birthday present constructed and in use within 6hours of delivery thankyou.

my 4th or 5th deck and sub frame provided by eDecks, as always has been, a brilliant service, from help with ordering if required, to delivery driver stepping up and assisting an old man here, will keep using them as no one comes close to their price and value, usually 3 working days max for delivery, some boards may be a bit sketchy, but it is reject decking prices, and on the whole, majority of boards are perfect, the handful of bad boards go for off cuts etc. i always over order by 5-10 boards to negate this. Shout out to Chloe for assisting me with an error i made, and she made good on it for me.

I found dealing with the company a pleasure. From the office staff to the delivery man. I had to contact company to get advice on the fasteners required for the deck. This was quickly checked and items ordered. The decking boards were all perfect. I had to contact the office again due to access to my street on the day. Resurfacing works resulted in the road being closed. Contacted the office so they could inform driver. After liaising with the work crew doing the resurfacing and the driver all was delivered. I would order from the company again.

I ordered corrugated clear plastic sheets for the garden seating area, and the sheets arrived as promised on the date. Good quality and easy to install. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from staff. Delivery left a lot to be desired, driver moaned about puttung in back garden and then just dumped it. Wxcellent product but would have liked it to be shrink wrapped into different parts i.e. Roof spindles etc with perhaps with a small sticker a, b, c, d etc. on each part so it corresponds with instructions. Otherwise it is an excellent product and easy to put up, I am 72 year old woman and put it up myself so it was excellent for me xxx

We purchased a rejected, discounted decking kit and couldn't fault it. We saved over £500 doing this. The delivery was spot on. And I couldn't fault customer services either.

Competitive pricing, but there's a reason - low quality of product and service.
I bought handrails and spindles.
Delivery did not arrive on the day stated. There was no contact from edecks to tell me the delivery wouldn't happen or any explanation afterwards. I had to chase the next morning only to be told the driver was an hour away.
There is no claim on their website about the grade of the wood. It is B grade at best - very knotty, Some knots are very large and have fallen out to leave holes.
The worst thing though was the inaccurate information about spindle spacing. Their products, kits and installation instructions are all based on 125mm spacing. BUT, UK building regs state that the spacing should be less than 100mm if a child under 5 may be present in the area where the rail is installed. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Luckily, I discovered it before I began installation, but it meant I needed more spindles. I asked them to waive the £30 delivery charge if I ordered the extras, but they refused. So I bought them elsewhere and paid £6 delivery.

I had the 3.6mx3.6m reject decking kit with square handrails very happy with it my nephew put it together on his own didn’t have no trouble with missing pieces we got screws with it aswel plus membrane and hosepipe would definitely recommend edecks and would purchase again thank you
