From the start, everyone has been absolutely brilliant.

Initial assessment/discussion - very knowledgeable, insightful and welcomed all questions.

Engineers prior to installation- Very clear, consist and friendly. Happy with all proposed work.

Installation team - Very proactive & efficient. Clearly the team works very hard and well together. Answered all questions & advised all relavant information throughout. Team was lovely and no issues throughout. Very happy with the installation team.

Customer service - Always very welcoming. Answers all questions. Great updates and communication. Easy to contact if needed.

Overall, everyone at Ecoway Renewables has been very professional, informative, friendly and efficient.

Excellent support and follow up from Taggas! Some installation problems but the problem solving and quick thinking of Luke was brilliant. He clearly explained every change and step throughout the process. He also took the time to throughly explain the system at the end of installation, even mentioning extra details I should be aware of!

Jack was very polite when he arrived and throughout! He was thorough in his work and explained everything perfectly. Bonus points- He didn’t mind psychopath Sally asking him lots of questions and explained everything to her as well! Very happy customer and very grateful for his service and his advice! Thanks Jack! After getting a few quotes, I went with Ecoway Renewables and I don't regret it. They’re a professional, well-established company, and my installation was finished in just 2 days.

Everything was delivered on time, and the installation team turned up promptly.

Cam and leon were friendly, hardworking, and happy to answer any questions I had. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it was great to see how pleased they were when the system was commissioned.

TAGGAS, what a great company! From Charlie who first visited us (absolutely first rate!) to Saul and the team of fitters and Jamie, Kelly and Kat who we have spoken to on the phone, we have nothing but praise. We’ve had Solar Panels and a battery fitted and there is a huge comfort in knowing that their involvement has not ended. They will follow up regularly for a while with looking at our system and making sure not only that we understand it but that it is set up and working at its best for our home. Ecoway Renewables installed an air source heat pump in our 1960s two-storey bungalow. The overall experience was very positive. They worked closely with us to plan the installation in great detail and ensure it met our needs. The installation was completed in just two days, and the system (Ideal HP290) has been operating very efficiently. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Ecoway Renewables to anyone considering an air source heat pump installation.

Hard working, respectful installers with good communication. Some of the work on the final heat loss survey has been slow but otherwise all round great. Also fast to start the work. The pump tech seems great.

After waiting 2 months for Octopus to come and do a survey just to tell us they could not install a heat pump I was left a bit lost. A bit of googling later and ecoway were recommended as a company in the area. A quick email and phone call later and they were booked in to do a survey the following week. Less than a month later and the install was complete. All staff have been friendly and helpful. The install itself took a little longer than originally planned but everything was communicated clearly and I am very happy with the result.

Great service overall. Everyone was informative and helpful. Really good communication every step of the way. Very happy so far with my heat pump. Taggas are a great team and would highly recommend.

Had a full rip out of an antiquated Backburner 1 pipe system. Everything removed and a full new install of a combi boiler and all new radiators.

From start to finish it took Rob and Fraser 2 days. 1 hour after they left, the house looked asif nobody had been to work. Left everything spotless, all the flooring put back in place ect.

Very happy with the price. We initially enquired for a air heatsource pump but decided it wasn't for us. I mention this as the initial heat loss checks and design made for the heat source pump (as each one is bespoke to your house hold), taggas were incredibly professional in each stage and made a very clear pdf schematic of the design to show what we could expect.

I'd highly recommend them for either retro fitting of a heat source pump or combi boiler system.

Only moved 3 months ago and have had alot of stress about getting the new heating system of how intrusive it would be and damaging to the house. I was genuinely taken back at how unenvaisve the process was. We had running water and toilets back after the first day so we could cook ect.

We picked Ecoway Renewables after getting quotes from three other Heating companies. Our house is a 17th century stone farmhouse with three foot thick walls. The installation team struggled to drill these walls and run pipes, but they persevered and did an amazingly neat job. The team were friendly and courteous and very hard working. The whole job looks really fantastic. I would recommend Ecoway Renewables without reservation.

The team were great. Always on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Ross, Leon and Jamie were our installation team. The after service was also very good and payment wasn't requested until fully completed. Phil also spent time with us after installation to go through everything to get most efficiency and make sure it works for us. The vaillant heat pump has lived up to expectations and the connection to our underfloor heating was seamless. Definitely recommend, you would be in safe hands.

We had a complete system installed, it took 3 days, the two installers and the electrician were great, very friendly and happy to explain everything, they were patient with the kids, and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended.
