I could honestly not recommend this company enough they are super friendly so efficient a great price on heat pump and we got solar as well and they have beat every other competitor absolutely praying and the staff as I said are so friendly including the Fitters that come to do the job brilliant. I would truthfully recommend them any day very fair and Honest Company they are a family company and they are absolutely brilliant at what they do.

from Ben in sales who came out to us on Anglesey, Jamie & Calum & Tim from the office ,
No pushy sales rubbish.

Ross & Leon installed the heat pump system with 10 radiators & 2 thermostat showers, along with Grant the electrician all top guys .

They explained everything that was going to happen , did it all neatly, especially Ross with his pipe work .
They had taken care of our house & all very polite & helpful ,
The system was set up correctly by Ross he knows how they should work to get the efficiency out of the system, he’s very knowledgeable & a nice guy .
They went over and above on the last day for us as we had a personal crisis & they stayed over an extra night to come back at 7am next morning to check & adjust everything & to make sure we were happy as we couldn’t do it all the previous night , ( thanks guys )
This shows the level of care this team will go to .
Our House is lovely & warm now with plenty of hot water & running efficiently because it was sized correctly & installed correctly.
Well done everyone very highly appreciated & highly recommended .

The whole process from first contact to last , the workmannship is better than i thought, 1 very popular energy suppler said they couldn't do the job!!!!! TAGGAS said no problem

All members of the installation team were friendly, informative and very competent. This was particularly so for Tim who went out of his way to deliver satisfaction. It took a bit longer than expected but the result was excellent.

From the very start to the finish a great experience, very help consultation with Jamie to a very efficient install with Ros & Co ( sorry can't remember your name) plus the 2 electricians . We have had the new Air source heat pump up running for 4 days now and it's great and
thanks to Kelly who has done the paper work and been there at the end of the phone.

From the first inquiry to completion of installing a heat pump, everyone I spoke to on the phone in the office or face to face at our property were very polite and professional, everything was explained upfront about the process and the government grant applied for on our behalf.
The lads who installed it, Luke & Cam plus the electrician Will are a credit to the company, nothing was too much trouble, they asked about entering rooms to do their work and kept everything clean, neat and tidy, even covering our carpets in the work areas with protective film. On completion they explained everything they had done and went through how to use the heat pump controls. A follow up call from Kelly in the office to check that everything had been done to our satisfaction was the icing on the cake.
Since the install our home has never been warmer, there is a pleasant even heat throughout, so we would not hesitate to recommend Taggas if you are looking for a 1st class company.

Every stage of this project went well. The initial survey was thorough. The pre-installation visit easy. The installation was thorough and on-site initiative after finding an unexpected problem was highly impressive. All the team arrived punctually and finished at the prescribed time and date.

An outside light glass dome was accidentally smashed during the installation. Compensation has been discussed pending this review.

Had the guys from Ecoway/ Taggas install our Air Source Heat pump over the last few days and we are more than pleased with the results. Insulation was carried out in a speedy but neat manner and all the guys worked hard under the adverse weather conditions especially outside. Well done to everyone and thank you.

The engineer, Jack, came to service the air sorce heat pump installation. I can honestly say I have never met a more considerate and helpful person. He introduced himself and fully explained the process, Throughout he explained everything and I learnt a lot more about how it all works. He even helped me with a problem I had with a transmitter and receiver on an electric radiator in my conservatory. Definiteley one of the best, please send him again.

Kelly, in the office, was great with communication with me about the installation of heat pumps and checked up afterwards to check that I was happy with the installation. She wasn’t coughing great with all communications
The team of Ross and Leon who did the install were faultless. Pre warning me about the “bad side” of having an air source heat pump and bulky rads! Yes they are ugly and cumbersome, but the results are amazing. I now have a warm and cosy home! Ross and Leon overcame problems and were efficient in their work and really friendly

From the start Taggas has offered a first class service. The initial appraisal of our suitability for an air source heat pump was far more thorough than other companies we spoke to and we have been guided through the process at each stage. Our installation engineer Rhys was first class working carefully and quickly and ensuring the minimum of disruption. His sign off explanations were excellent. I thoroughly recommend the company.

Your team were amazing, they were in a position of trust with a vulnerable adult and 110% with their work ethic, mannerisms, patience and workmanship having an exceptional team leader! Prior to the job starting we were very concerned as to how it would go, but you stepped up and were brilliant. You have made an elderly lady cry tears of joy, thank you so much!

Rob and Fraser from Tagas were fantastic. Professional, courteous, down to earth and a good laugh which made the installation so much easier for us. Highly recommend these lads.
