ES-1500 Gable Fan

The fan came well packed and all the contents were perfect. All I can say is finally someone has come up with a very quiet and efficient attic fan. The fan is balanced perfectly so there is no vibration and I can't hear anything in my house when it's on. The included thermostat only goes up to 85 degrees so it would be nice to have one that gives you a choice of 90-100 degrees as well. All this means is that the fan will come on sooner when it gets hot but it's so incredibly efficient that it makes no difference. The green paint job is really tough. It doesn't easily scratch or come off. I highly recommend this fan.

Mostly good experience but inadequate communication after transport damage.

Ordering was very straightforward and delivery time was OK. Most components of a multi-part order arrived on time and in good condition. The final component arrived completely damaged (apparently the transport company's fault) and was declined. eComfort was happy to initiate a new order, but didn't communicate to me that there would be a substantial delay in sourcing the replacement components. Because I was going to be out of town they will hold the items for later delivery- we'll see how that works out....

The best is yet to come.I do a lot of internet shopping but this time i found one of my choices the eComfort. Free shipping plus no tax and they give me discount for my order. I highly recommend this store with 100%.

Fast & Friendly Service

All my questions were answered by email in a reasonable amount of time. The price was as good as you could get for that LG mini split system. The shipment arrived in great condition not a scratch. Overall the transaction was easy and trouble free.

Really Rude Customer service on this number 1630685-0027

I placed an order on line for about $3800 I did miss the first phone call from shipping department , no message was on my answering so I did not know who it was , I called back the number is 1888 736-1474 and no answer so I get an email saying they cant contact me to ship my stuff all this time I'm trying the 1888 number when I call the 1630 685 0027 a really rude lady answered and treated me like if I was lying , well never again you have lost me as a future customer and I might even cancel the 3800 dollar purchase , no one will treat me like that just because you are having a bad day.

Same Day as Ship Notification

Recieved word that the items that I ordered on Fri. were being shipped Monday morning, and got my order at 3:30 pm the same day! And, it was what I ordered!

Steve was great

I needed products from Watts Radiant and I needed them immediately! I had a company (Radon Be Gone) come to install a mitigation system. We agreed where to drill a hole in the slab for a suction pit. He decided to drill 12 " from where we agreed. He hit a Onix 3/8 hose, which took out the whole basement slab. It's winter here in Wyoming and I needed a fix immediately. You can't just buy a 3/8" barb fitting at the hardware store for Onix tubing. I needed the fittings from Watts. STEVE from eComfort got the fittings to me ASAP. They have my business now. No other company online that I have delt with has ever done anything like that for me. Thank you STEVE.

Personalized Service at a Wholesale Price Point!

I needed to purchase a complete HVAC solution. The eComfort website not only provided a plethora of useful information and documents, but also provided the necessary knowledge to choose the right components.

I had a couple of questions and emailed Robert on several occasions to sort out my purchase. The entire experience was great.

The only hiccup I had in the entire process was that the freight carrier never called me before delivery. Luckily, I watched the tracking info to discover this and correct. But this was the carrier and NOT eComfort.

I have purchased numerous items through PED (eComfort parent) and will continue to do so!

Schluter Kerdi-Line drain

I purchased a Schluter Kerdi-Line drain from the company. When I received the package it was missing parts and was damaged! The package was a return. Not to mention, that the packaging was damaged when I received it.
It was missing the rubber grommet and the waterproof member was detached from the drain, and the foam was broken. Also there were no instructions!
Ecomfort.com was not willing to send me a new package or refund my money, after going back and forth with phone calls and email with images of what I got. They told me that they don’t send out broken packages and that it was new.
So all in all I lose $300.00 because ecomfort.com did not want to take responsibility for their actions!!

Reply: Yes, you did try to help by offering $10 to go by the part that was missing. I then you tell me to go buy mortar to repair the drain. As for passed return time; it was a shower drain, I ordered it ahead of construction schedule to have it ready for when it was time to install it, the item came broken!!!! Only three months went by! I purchased a new item, not a used one that was broken!!

If you continue do business like this your on the road to closing!! Just to let you know, I was planing on order other products form you, but you are incapable of doing good business.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. I can understand the frustration of receiving an item that does not arrive as you expect. That said, we did try to help in the most efficient way possible. While it sounds like some of your product was damaged in shipment or improperly packaged by the manufacturer, this was reported well past our time window for returns stated in our return policy.

From the information you provided us, our product experts determined that the majority of your product was completely functional. To help address the issues as best we could, we offered you a credit to replace a part you claim was missing, and offered simple solutions to fix the slight damage in a way that would provide 100% functionality and no cosmetic issues. I'm sorry that the experience was not better from the start, but I do hope you take our installation/repair advice and monetary credit so as not to spend an extra $300 when you don't have to.

Awesome store & product

Bought a 15KBTU Mini Split system from ecomfort. Great price, system showed up in 1w, installed w/no issues (customer service very helpful on all technical questions). System works like a dream!

I'm only sorry I waited 5 years to get one!!!
