They sent a part that stopped working after 6 months and won't honor the warranty. Need to hire a professional contractor to get the warranty serviced?! It's a remote!

Free Shipping? Only sometimes... Otherwise, great service.
I have to start out by saying that eComfort has great prices and fast shipping. I received my order within a week using regular shipping. That shipping however is not free.
I was taken in by "free shipping for over $200" deal and it was definitely not. I am a person who firmly believes in "sharing the wealth". I did a lot of shopping before ordering the parts for a heating system I am assembling in my new home. eComfort has great prices on many items but not on everything I needed to buy. Those items I found at another site. It was my plan to purchase some parts from eComfort and the remainder from the other guys splitting the purchases fairly evenly. I purchased my pumps and flanges from eComfort because you were $4.00 less per pump than the other guys. Your flanges were almost the same price but I like to order some items together. My total order was over $410 so I expected to get the free shipping and did not budget for additional shipping costs. I was charged more than $26 for shipping. They said it was because they had to ship from two warehouses. I went ahead an completed the order, paid the shipping and shared the wealth. Rather than saving $8, I paid $18 more.
I ordered ALL of my other parts and pieces from the other guys who DO have free shipping even though they had to ship from several warehouses as well. They got over $1700 of my business because they have free shipping. The "free shipping" deal is very misleading.
Great Service, great prices, great selection but misleading shipping costs. Thanks guys, good doing business with you.

I ordered product a week ago and it hasn't arived yet. I haven't received tracking info. Wondering where it is now that I've received this survey. Product did come in and the response to my request had a awesome response time. The service person followed up with a package tracking number. And the product was exactly what i needed.

easy to install and functions perfectly....only problem is that the lineset needs more room in the unit so that it can be closed easily
eComfort has a powerful product catalog.
eComfort does the research and makes sure they offer all of the parts to do the job and do it right. Their website is very organized and easy to navigate. Parts have specs and manuals to support them, and are easy to search for. eComfort carries what the big box stores don't.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish!
I found the eComfort website on the Amazon site while looking for a replacement radon removal fan. There were several websites that carried radon removal fans, but the eComfort site was the easiest to navigate, and the selection of products was fantastic! I was able to view various fans, and was able to select one that had a great flow rate with a very low electrical power consumption. The site showed how many fans were available, and gave detailed info on the technical, dimensions, etc. on them. The checkout payment process was easy and clear, and I was even able to check the status of the FedEx delivery. The fan arrived packaged securely and in perfect condition. I can't wait to remove the old broken fan and replace it with my new Fantech fan.

"THE" place to purchase your mini split systems!
I purchased a Mitsibishi 18,000 Series air and heat system from them. I couldn't be happier, the unit is working and makes such a difference. I replaced an old in-wall unit which was load and noise. The product was delivered on time and everything was packeged neat. I also had a return scheduled with ecomfort. No problem in the returning the product. I will see how well this Mitsibishi unit works in the upcoming years. I recommend this seller.
My Air Conditioner Needs
I have to tell you that Bob is fantastic. I can tell that he truly had the needs of the customer in mind. He took my measurements of my house, listened as I explained what I wanted and figured out what we think will be the perfect unit for my house. He is a very "customer service" oriented sales person and as a former Rep for one of the biggest adhesives company in the world, that meant the world to me. He not only designed my unit, but called 2 or 3 times to make sure that we were on the right track. If I had a business, I would want someone just like Bob to be my salesperson. I look forward to getting my product , having it installed and "cool off". Kudos to your company, and by all means, give Bob a raise! Thanks Again, Elwyn Barnett.
Disappointed
First I want to say that the product and the prices were good. The issue is lack of follow through. I was told that my item would ship on Monday and when I called this day was told I would get the email and tracking later that day. I did not get it so I called and it had not shipped at all. I had lengthy conversations and even changed what I ordered and paid more to make sure I was going to get the items by 7-1-16. They did get the shipment out on Tuesday afternoon, but it failed to get to me in time. I also spoke to another person on Tuesday and asked for a return call from Bob, who I placed the order with and he never returned the call.
I was very clear on my needs and if they could not deliver they should not have said they could.
Good Communication
I haven't received my Ductless Mini split system yet, but I was amazed that I got an email to let me know that eComfort had received my check (that I mailed). I thought that was cool and now I don't have to worry about whether they received it or not. Good Communication!!
Mini Split System from Illinois
This review covers the principle order process only. My order will ship 7 days after order placement as a single OTR shipment. I have not received any product to this moment. Order placed for 12,000 BTU, 20+ Seer, Diakin system plus many accessories. Pricing was the best available on-line. Details to follow, after shipment, receipt and inspection.
Great Company to deal with
Great business to deal with. Shipping was very prompt and product was exactly what it was advertised as, a high quality attic gable fan. I will do business with this company many more times doing commercial construction after having had a great experience with them.
