Disappointing after sales service. They installed a solax inverter which is working fine. They have however on numerous occasions subsequently promised to send out an engineer to reconfigure the Solax Cloud App which is not pairing with the inverter so I am not seeing any data. This problem has persisted since the App had a software update. As I say, the inverter is working ok but the but the broken promises regarding sending an engineer is disappointing.

I am very happy with the work that was done - cleaning and bird proofing my solar panels - but i have had two email requests for payment when I paid on the day the work was done.

Had 2 solar batteries and an inverter installed by eco7 in October 2022.
This came with a 10 year warranty on the batteries. Early September this year one of the batteries developed a fault, would not charge or discharge, and inverter isolated all the batteries. I contacted pylonteck who told me to contthe installation company for assistance.
To date I have sent two emails to Eco7 and received no reply. Customer service non existent from this company!

Excellent service and great price arrived on time and carried out work required. Pigeon proofing my solar panels.

The 2 lads who fitted my PV inverter turned up on time.
Inverter fitted and set up without any problems.
WiFi app set up and handed over working fine,

I made an enquiry about replacing our inverter online, was emailed back within 15 minutes with a price to replace and it turned out to be the best quote out of 3.
The 2 man team showed up today and went about sorting out and installing the new one also tidying up after themselves well done lads, went through the instructions with me showing what’s what on the app etc.
They are a credit to your company.

Excellent from start to finish. Online fixed quote was by far the best, booked in for two days time, their (very personable and knowledgeable) guy turned up on time, checked everything over to ensure they were doing the right thing, then completed the job very speedily and tidily. Just perfect!

I am really happy with this product. Thank God for companies like yours. Wanted to say thank you. Its hard ti find earth frindly produvcts at a good price. I use it for everything from mags to dishes and it works like a bomb.

Couldn’t fault them, from first contact every thing was seamless. Best quote out of three I received. No payment until job complete, which is a biggie for me. Two very nice lads turned up and completed a difficult 3 pitch pigeon netting job on our solar panels, not a grumble, no mess, no broken tiles, just a professional job. Would highly recommend.

2nd time using Eco7 1st time was new inverter and 4 batteries 2nd time Bird proofing the panels and clean. Both times absolutely brilliant cannot fault the communication and the lads that do the jobs are really friendly and get on with the job. The company only call if you ask them they don't bombard you they send you a quote then you email them and they get straight back to you. 100% recommend this company

My third time for using this excellent company (inverter replacement, battery and now an extra battery) Phone contact is courteous and helpful, and installers have been excellent. I know they are a call away if there are any issues. Quite simply, I would not trust another solar company. Many thanks.

Installation of new inverter and solar battery seemed fine. However following installation I have not received any guarantee or paperwork beyond the receipt for payment. I have repeatedly asked for schematics and how the guarantee was backed but been ignored.

We are delighted that Lee and Liam managed to bird proof our panels and remove an old nest which was massive...The nest was tempting Jackdaws who had a mind to build another one this year....the only problem was they were causing noise and damage....They had driven from Essex to Somerset early morning to deal with the problem which had become stressful for us.....thank you so very much for a job well done..

Solar panels pigeon proofed and remaining mess cleared. Quick, efficient process and after sales customer service was excellent. I would recommend highly.

After having solar panels installed by EON we didn’t get any bird protection as soon as the scaffold came down, the birds appeared! I emailed for a quote 23rd Feb, confirmed appointment on the 27th and the guys came up to Hull from Essex on the 3rd! They were friendly and professional and found a problem with the install from EON too. In a world where customer service is falling away ECO7 have given me faith in customer service! They were also the cheapest quote! Would highly recommend!

Had an issue with residential battery system installed by eco7 this company sorted it out in a timely manner with excellent communication and perfect follow up so for me a 10 out of 10
At my age this took all the stress out of problem

Having researched various companies I decided on E7 to put a stainless mesh around our solar panels on the roof to stop pigeons nesting. I'm so pleased I did as everything was great from start to finish. Craig the manager was fantastic and kept us updated at all times. It's very refreshing to have such great customer service. The lads that did the job were great and very professional, they are a credit to your company. I don't normally write reviews but I can't praise this company enough and I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

The lads came yesterday to fit the bird protection grids. It is so quiet today and you realise how noisy the pigeons were, and the mess that they made. The guys Tom and Craig I think, came on time and were done in 90 minutes. Nests cleared out, roof cleaned, gutter and down pipe cleaned with surprising amount of stuff in there. We also had our panels cleaned. Very pleasant experience and pleased with their work. I highly recommend Eco7.
