My elderly mother has a solar panel system that needed repairing. I knew nothing about this subject.
The person who came out to give the quote for work was excellent. Everything was explained clearly in a way i could understand.
The company kept in contact well with dates and communication was excellent.
Lastly, the engineer who came out was called Louis. He was brilliant and a really credit to the business. He had all the patience in the world, had a lovely manner and way about him. Even though it was getting very late in the day by the time he finished he never gave the impression he was rushing to leave. He explained everything really nicely to my mum.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Replied promptly to initial enquiry. First technician diagnosed fault and arranged for repair. Repair technician arrived on time and almost rebuilt system, putting right what appears to have been a shoddy installation. All working fine for last 4 days.
