Quick, reliable delivery. Motherboard was well packaged so arrived safely. The best thing though was the fun bag of Haribo Tangfastics; how they knew they are my favourite I don't know. Definitely will use again for computer components.

Eclipse computers were fantastic with customer service. Everyone who I spoke to were grate help. But I have to say mark was fantastic helping to get the parts and now when I have put everything together I am so glad I took his advice. Thank you eclipse staff and A BIG THANK YOU TO MARK. External hard drive purchase
Stopped off on way home for external hard drive for wife and the staff were very help full and pleasant. Provided jest what I required with the minimum of fuss. Excellent service again.

Excellent Tech assistance
Lee in the Tech support area gave us excellent service when we needed help with a dead motherboard. He diagnosed the issue and offered lots of advice and options to resolve it. His manner and customer service was excellent and the speed of delivery was also superb. We were very happy!

A good service whatever you buy
Unlike some of the other reviewers, I wanted a very basic, cheap family PC, although with plenty of RAM for opening lots of documents and web pages, as it is used mainly for research. Eclipse supplied this equally well, at a very competitive price. Excellent for Linux users, as there is no pressure either from sales or pricing to go for Windows. Later they were very supportive and helpful when I purchased a barebones Intel NUC to provide a machine for the grandchildren, very astutely spotting that the issues I was having were due to an obsolete HDMI cable. Competitive and technically capable, they have no real rivals in the region.
