First time using this supplier, and it will not be the last. Goods delivered as ordered, well packaged for protection against any damage. Arrived when stated, including a little surprise, which was promptly confiscated by my wife. She says thanks by the way. I will recommend Eclipse Computers to everyone that wants first class products and service. Thank you Eclipse.

Ordered a custom PC and it came within a week and its perfect :) Came with stickers and customisation for the case so it can change colours. Really well built and it looks great! plus great pricing

Went in to get a fan for my dad's PC's cpu as it had blown when we changed the motherboard.

Didn't need anything fancy as my dad doesn't need performance as his cpu is an A10.

Explained this to the guy behind the counter.

Guy looked up some stock, then he dissappeared into the back.

He came back with an unboxed cooler with fan.

Guy offered it to me for free on the provision that I wrote an honest review.

Can't fault the guy's service, and eclipse has generally been my go to PC shop for years.

The fan and cooler worked brilliantly.

Shame I didn't get his name, good guy, highly recommended.

I ordered my 8gb ddr4 corsair 3000mhz it came early in great condition and came with a pack of haribos that makes me very happy

Had what I wanted in stock and delivered early. What more can I say other than they also enclosed a small packet of Haribos as a surprise? :-)

Really friendly personal service. Ordered a Sennheiser headset from them off Amazon, came with a packet of Haribo's, which although I don't eat show a really friendly personal touch. Delivered in two days and works brilliantly, would definitely recommend thank you very much!

I ordered a product which was supposed to be a 3 day delivery, after 5 days i called and was told "it hadnt left the warehouse."
I cancelled my order as i needed my order urgently,
I called a couple of days later as i had not received my refund, i was told "it should have gone through" and "admin were on it"
Couple more days passed still no refund.
I called again was told "oh it should have"
After another couple of days i called again and was told "its registered as gone through"
And mike said he could "manually do it straight away."
The refund has yet to show up in my bank !
This service is disgusting and i will never be shopping there ever again and i will also be warning people of my experience.

I had a problem with stock when I ordered my card, (not eclipse fault it's through those pesky bitminers) but they went above and beyond to source my graphics card. The service is truly professional and friendly and with the use of the dpd app it's an absolute breeze to get track and receive my parcel from my local shop. I'm using these guys all the time now. Really, really lovely company! Super fast and even gave us some sweets in our order! Would reccomend.

Initially couldn't supply the system I ordered. However this was resolved & an alternative was supplied, which was customised to match & in fact beat the spec. of the original system. Also, allowed me to modify the spec as required. This did incur a slight extra cost but I ended up with a better machine. There was a slight mistake with parts supplied, probably due to all the changes in the order. However this was immediately resolved & the extra memory was supplied without any problems. Overall, I was satisfied with Eclipse, despite unforeseen problems from their supplier, they did well to correct the situation & supply my system. It did take a couple of weeks to resolve but was all good in the end.

I really didn't want to review Eclipse negatively, but by this point it's about all I can do to get at least something back for my time that they've wasted. Everything seemed fine at first, and it was one of the only places I could actually find the item I needed while still fairly reasonably priced (a motherboard for my workstation). Finding Eclipse and reading the reviews, I had no trouble believing that they'd come through for me, but they didn't - at least this time.

I made my order on the March 5th of this year, it's now May 14th. The item I ordered was advertised as special order, which apparently meant it would be dispatched within 2-3 days, which I was fine with. I rang up about a week after making the order to ask on the progress of it, I was told 'oh, about another week'. Ok, not great, but fine, sometimes things are harder to find that anticipated.. Another week, still nothing. Phoned them again, was told much the same. I was never told it was not going to arrive, but after two months, I think I can be fairly sure it never will.

I'll be cancelling my order with them when they open on Monday morning. Honestly, I'll probably try and order from Eclipse again in future so I can change my review, or at least leave a better one, because I really don't like reviewing things negatively - but in this situation, I don't have another alternative. So I really hope that the next time I need something, it's in stock and reasonably priced on your website so I can get a better impression of what your service is actually like.. Because this time did not leave a good impression.

Edit 19/05/2017: They contacted me to say they could send me a lower spec item, so 'fixing' the issues turned out to be cancelling the order.. Great. Thanks for the couple of completely wasted months, guys.

Delivery with the DPD who are one of the best couriers in my opinion. Item arrived on time and in perfect condition and communication was frequent and effective. Would recommend to anyone

Had plenty of help from the staff when I came in last week (I bought all of my components from Eclipse)
There was a problem with something in my pc build and they helped me troubleshoot and we found that the motherboard was faulty - and so they replaced the motherboard for me.
Now I have a brilliant computer thanks to them! :)

Came in the other day to see what monitors are available in the store itself to get a rough idea of what I'm looking for. The staff was kind and helpful, despite the fact that I came in 10 minutes before close (sometimes retail staff tend to get annoyed by last minute customers, not here though). Had a talk with the staff member Tom, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining that I can order products in to the store itself within a couple days. One of the demos running was a LoL video, which gives a very good idea to the product itself(monitor), since I had seen this demo before. Speaking of which the fact that the place is run by gamers is amazing, same staff member Tom also plays LoL and me being very chatty, got into a huge conversation about the game itself, personal preferences, the community, gear recommendations and so on. Basically the staff just makes you feel really comfortable in the store, so I'll definitely return. I've already ordered my monitor and it's about to come in the next 2-3 days. Also been telling all my gaming buds from Cov, to check it out, we're all quite impressed that Cov has such a great Computer store and anyone who calls himself a gamer should check it out :)

Every single time I go to Eclipse computers, not only do they help me find the right equipment/component to buy for the best price, they offer me different deals, I have been going there for years now, since my accident I ended up in a wheelchair, so turning to computers to earn a living, meeting a very clever guy there called Lee, he has helped me so much, I have picked his brain every time I've gone in there I've gone to see Lee to ask for his advice, I now am able to teach computers to others. So big Thank You Lee, you have been a big inspiration to me. Eclipse have all you need in computers, printers, you name it they've got it, & if they haven't they can get it for you. Oh by the way! all the staff give advice, I just get on so well with Lee...

After purchasing a £800 computer and waiting a week while paying £10 next day delivery, then phoning up for an idea on delivery time when the week was up they tell me im not getting it on that date specified and will take yet another week because of parts..a week later after receiving said computer there was no operating system on it so had to purchase a copy on top...while paying £10 delivery for two weeks..My son bought
a £600 computer from elsewhere which had windows re-installed got it the next day..and a friend just bought a new computer today from pcworld for £800 and came preinstalled too..If i hadnt of phoned up on the first week i wouldnt of found out we werent getting it until it hadnt been delivered..TERRIBLE!...buy elsewhere..
