Zahid was amazing I helping me get my order straightened out. Though my items were out of stock I was able to pick similar items to replace them!

I really love the company is very convenient for me to shop from online. The prices are very nice.

I think this is a scam I tried to order and they confirmed my item it was a go until I realized that it was no delivery date so I had to email them back on my order to tell me it would be delayed so I was getting my bank involved. Be careful with this company.

I searched for a site that sold my twist hair for months since the local beauty supply that sold it went out of business. I found ebonyline.com and was skeptical as I read positive and negative reviews. I decided to place an order. I communicated with Zahid in the process and he assured me my order would come. Well, I received it today and was very happy that it was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely order again so I can stock up now that I know they are legitimate!!!

I have tried to reach out to this company about my order I ordered some wigs and I have not heard from this company. they did send me my receipt after I ordered I tried to track my order i was not able to track it. This is my second purchase from Ebonyline, love the selection. They always have what I need when other beauty supply stores don’t and there affordable too compared to my local area. Excellent merchandise, wigs are so elegant! The waiting time is what takes long, but all worth the wait. They advise you if they don't have it in stock, how long till your receive it. The WIGS are very manageable, and nice,

the hair is harsh. i tried to return it. 20% restocking fee. also for the price paid, i think i will stick with glamourtress. much better pricing and products
