Roof cover has deteriorated and split in many places after only a few uses in 3 years. Frame quite strong and once erected is ok. But the expensive EasyGazebo is now no use unless we buy another outso... Leggi di più

Excellent price

Excellent price, extremely helpful staff & delivery service well in excess of our expectations during the Covid-19 crisis.
Will definitely come to you guys first next time we need another Gazebo 😀

Avoid and save your money!

Yes it’s easy to put up etc,but does not last after 3 months the cover was all cracked split and a mess.another cover arrived after complaining and that has done the same.worst £230 we have spent.company won’t return emails just ignores them.

Still no gazebo received

Advised that delivery would be on 31st December. Nothing arrived. Contacted and was told definitely would be delivered on 3rd January. That has come and gone,still no gazebo. Two days wasted as delivery time not given,numerous phone calls and assurances,but NO gazebo.
Very disappointing,given cost.

Ordered large Gazebo on the 17th its…

Ordered large Gazebo on the 17th its now the 27th, contacted today was led to believe i was at the wrong site, on second contact was told there is no record of sale despite Pay Pall payment and invoice via email from them ,customer service have no control as it has to be relayed back to boss meanwhile i have to wait for contact via Pay-pall open case how this is meant to work i dont know as they have no record of my original payment, this was for a 50th extra space so none to happy

Never received the Gazebo

Never received the Gazebo, chased customers services to be told that they werent able to track the order, two weeks later i have now asked for a refund as i had to purchase a new gazebo with Argos! wouldn't mind but paid for next day delivery so two weeks later to not receive my goods is petty poor.

lets see how long the refund takes?!

Ordered fine but the delivery was…

Ordered fine but the delivery was absolutely diabolical. I had an email to tell me the delivery date but when it didn't arrive I chased it. I was assured it would arrive the next day. After numerous emails and apologies the gazebo arrived 8 days late. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
