I am chasing up a refund for an item l did not receive. I was offered an alternative colour of dress, but l said l didn't want that, and l requested a refund. 4 weeks down the line, l am still waiting for a full refund, which it stated in its policy. I've emailed several times, as they said l should receive my refund after it has been processed. It's now 4 weeks. It should not take that long

Awful company do not buy from them….took over a month to receive the goods from them, had to sent the clothing back as they took too long to come & were no longer required, had to send them back to china which cost a fortune & 4 weeks down the line still no refund & being ignored by the company as to where my refund is!!!

Shockingly terrible, it is the worst company I have ever bought from.

As another review has said, this company is a scam. I bought a dress which, when it arrived, was not of the quality I expected. I contacted them to arrange a return - they asked that I either cover the costs if a return to their warehouse in China (which costs around £25) or be offered a refund of no more than 30%. How they can operate on this basis I don't understand. I've still not heard back from them despite requesting a refund.

Scam company if I could give them 0 stars I would , similar experience to others return address is in China making it extremely expensive to return my item. I was offered 30% of the value of the product as an alternative refund . I agreed to this and now I’m still waiting for the money . I have chased them on a number of occasions just to be ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Sizes all off, very long shipping and now im trying to return a way too big item despite buying a small and getting no response at all. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

Not a slim fit or measurement as described, and the customer service is terrible. Still waiting for the correct return address after chasing them 3 times.

Ordered some shorts for a holiday, delivery took ages. Stitching is of a poor quality, the button was literally falling off. What’s advertised on their website is completely different to what I received. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company.

BEWARE - this company are absolute scammers & I strongly advise you not to go anywhere near them. They purport to be a Dutch company, but that is just a front for cheap & nasty Chinese products.
I recently ordered a men's short sleeve polo shirt in light denim / 100% cotton. What arrived was a very cheap looking 100% Polyester top in a very obvious mottled colour that was clearly NOT denim or what I'd ordered. I contacted the "customer support" by email with pics of what I had received & requested a refund & pre-paid return label. This was declined (no apology either even though what I was sent differed hugely from what was ordered) & I was informed I'd have to pay for shipping to CHINA.
I wrote back (politely but firmly) to say this was not acceptable & could not believe the second reply which says:
'We have carefully reviewed the photos you provided against the order details & can confirm that there is no mistake, effect or issue with the product sent'
This is simply farcical & utter rubbish. Stevie Wonder could tell the difference in a millisecond.
Clearly, the only objective is to scam customers & then stand firm ; screwing people with inferior goods & taking no ownership or responsibility.

PLEASE - do NOT waste your money ordering from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 4 items waiting 2 weeks and once delivered only 2 items were included. No answer on the customer service number on website EVER, emails ignored, contact us form submissions ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID I will be taking this up with trading standards

Bought some suits for a premium price. Quality was absolutely rubbish. And sizes do not match the universal standard.
Also took two weeks to come.

I purchased the swimming costume as a present for my cousin size S -36/38. The website said that the parcel would be delivered in 3 days. It arrived after 3 weeks. The label attached to the costume did say size S but the true size was at least XL 18-20, I am size 14/16 and it was way too big for me, so much too big that the bottom part would not stay on but fall off without any force.
I contacted customer service and requested a free return label but they are saying that they sent the correct product and I must pay for shipping. I took a photo of the costume with the measuring tape running across the pants showing that the pants are 50 cm wide without stretching therefore would fit the person with hip circumference much more than 100 cm and it is definitely not size small. Still no refund, no replacement, no response.
Shame I haven’t checked reviews on the Trustpilot before buying the costume.

Despite marketing themselves as a UK brand, my order was dispatched from China. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive, and what I received looked nothing like what I ordered. I had ordered 2 x linen shirts, but what arrived were 2 cheap nylon shirts with an awful print to make it appear (not at all convincingly) like a linen texture. Absolute waste of time and money. I've seen better quality from Shien for a fraction of the price (and I by no means endorse Shein).

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I ordered the same pair of trousers in 2 different colours and got 2 completely different pairs of trousers both labelled the same size but one pair was half the size of the other!! Customer service just go round and round and not at all interested.
As others have said, these are Temu/Shein products sold at extortionate prices. Delivery took forever as it came from China.
Don’t waste your money, order from Shein or Temu yourself and cut at the over-priced middle man!!

Overall negative experience. Products are clearly temu style cheap clothing, and take weeks to arrive. I am fairly happy with the clothes, but they are massively overpriced for what they are.
Also watch out, they auto add in “delivery protection” for I think £2.99, and you have to opt out of it. A con in itself because they legally are responsible anyway if the item is lost or damaged in delivery. It’s an outright money grab. They have said they will refund me this amount but I’m still waiting.
I even thought I unticked it but clearly not! So be vigilant.
Overall, I won’t be using them again. You may as well go to primark and save a lot of money.

Lowered my rating due to awful customer service.
