I called Dyno-Rod with a problem with our church hall toilets. The company responded within an hour of calling and although I needed a second visit for a related problem the efficiency and politeness of the staff was exemplary.
I good job, well done. Highly recommended.

Peter came out and cleared the drains, he was friendly and explained everything to us. Clearly very knowledgeable and was able to tell us the reasons for the blockage and what to look out for. Very professional and would recommend.

Not impressed at all. The guy spend 5 mins max trying to clear the drain with rods and said job was done and the job wasn't done as water was tricking not rubbing and had to get him to do the job properly and clear both sides of the drain. Very disappointed

Your response is not good enough. When my dad question why you were using our water rather than using your tank he said he would go then. What kind of customer service is that???

After trying to unblock my drains my self with rods and having no luck
Called these guys from the moment my call was taken was very professional with answering questions and costs

Next morning engineer turned up while I was at work and completed the job after a few hours
My main reason for the review is just to praise the engineer who came to my house , he worked so hard in the pouring rain and completed the job
Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name but Hopfully this review will get seen and relaid back to him

I booked online at 6pm on a Thursday evening and they came at 8am on Friday morning. The engineer was friendly and polite, really lovely man. Worked efficiently and quickly to unblock my outside drain. The payment process was simple - just paid on card over the phone. I had text updates and email confirmation and receipt instantly. Can’t fault it.

I want to thank Dyno-Rod for the way they handled my situation. They came out last week and thought the issue was fixed, but the bathroom blocked again soon after. I wasn’t happy at first, as it was clearly a bigger problem. However, as soon as I called them to explain what had happened, they acted quickly. The previous engineer, Pete
, personally rang me to apologise and explain the situation, which I really appreciated. They sent engineers back out today and got everything sorted properly. Their honesty and willingness to put things right made a big difference. Thank you to the team for your professionalism and for making sure the job was done properly.

Beyond useless, I have British Gas Homecare and had a leak coming from under the bath after my son crashed into them. I pointed out that a pipe was leaking. He said the taps were loose so I left him to it.
He thoughtfully left the bath panel off, nice?? It’s just as well he did as there was clearly water still coming out of THE pipe I pointed out???
Another call, same man turns up. “I’ve nipped it up….but keep an eye on it”???? Keep an eye on it, so you’re not confident of the leak is mended?
Guess what, still leaking. 3rd call, man arrives and was here just over 2minutes (I know this as I was on the phone and could see the time).
Same story, still leaking and was told on my 4th call someone would be out in a couple of hours…..nobody has turned up. I’m glad they record these calls. As they’ve lied.
What I will also point out is that I have had had to take time off work for each call.
Dyno-Rod you are the most incompetent lazy liars. I’m unfortunately stuck with you as I have British Gas Homecare.
Your “plumbers” (I use that word extremely lightly) are so incompetent and uncaring and beyond a joke I wouldn’t trust them to flush a toilet correctly.

Called for an emergency call out due to a blocked toilet. Engineer was arranged and at property within the hour. Very quick and reliable service. Issue sorted swiftly. Great service

We had a lovely chap called Pete come out today to clean our drain. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, had the job done in no time at all- Highly recommended!

I rang up on Saturday afternoon. The man on the other end of the phone told me exactly how much it would cost & would be there the same day.The tradesman was very pleasant & turned up when he said he would and fixed the blockage. Good job well done.Thanks.

Bathroom drainage problem. Called in the afternoon and got the appointment for the next morning.
Pete was the engineer was on the job. He called to let me know he was on the way. After an initial look it was decided it was a 2 man job. Returned the next morning and gave it a blast and all is well again.
Pete was polite and explained the processes. Happy with the result.

Pete was the engineer was on the job. He called to let me know he was on the way. After a few checks he quickly diagnosed where the blockage was. After a few water blast the fat-burg came out. More blasting and testing cleared the blockage.
Pete was polite and explained the processes. Happy with the result.
