I had Pete turn up to do a job today after Severn Trent said they were unable to do anything due to it being a private address. Pete turned up and right away got down to the problem and solved it. He went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but clean up afterwards too. I appreciate everything he has done.

Great job done. Very efficient and a great man who did the work. Very pleased. A great relief after struggling for 3 days. Thank you.

Called Dyno on Sunday 4th Jan about 11.30 spoke to Keyleigh, she was polite and courteous, was hoping to get an engineer out the same day , but informed none were available to look at blocked toilet waste pipe, booked an engineer for Monday 5th Jan between 12 and 6, Keyleigh gave me a number for local office which covered our postcode and suggested I call that number on Monday morning when they may be able to give me a two hour slot, I called Dyno local office spoke to a Darren who was unable to give a time slot but said we were third on the job list and should see engineer about 13.30, I called Darren back several times during my appointment time, reassured on each occasion that an engineer would be with us soon, about 17.00 got a call from Dyno engineer Pete asking if he could reschedule the appointment to the following day as his equipment had broken down earlier that morning and he had lost four hours etc etc, I told him unacceptable and that he contacts his office and gets another engineer out to us if he was unable to come to us, he called back a few mins later and said he's on his way, on arrival I showed him the problem, he took a look tried rodding three times and said it's a job for seven Trent water, wanted paying £190 for three minutes of rodding, Dyno rod sent me an invoice with a forged signature to resemble my name for work which was never carried out, engineer claimed and documented he had used a high power water jet,along with exaggerated time on site,he told me I will be able to get the money back from seven Trent water, been waiting for Darren from the Telford office for a day and half to call back to resolve payment overcharge, went and used this organisation as they are the experts, which trusted trader 5 star reviews, on the website claims no call out charges, sadly I experienced non of the great claims on the website

Thank you for your reply, I called Telford offices this afternoon 8th Jan, as I had not heard back from Darren, his response was he had passed this issue onto his manager Paul, Paul would not be available untill Monday 12th Jan and I should hear from him midday Monday 12th, Darren gave me no further update regarding his investigation after speaking to Pete the engineer who attended.

Allister has just left has he was amazing. Friendly, told me what he was doing throughout . Cleared the drain in no time . Greatly appreciated

Came at short notice, very friendly service and did a professional job - explaining what was being done and what it all meant.

Very professional and can have a laugh with them.fxed the problem and gave advice which helped.

Fast appointment (within a couple of hours) and fixed the issue with 30 mins. Reasonable price as well rather than the rip off merchants out there.

We had Dyno Rod booked in for today for a blocked sewerage pipe that was stinking our house out and giving me nightmares! Not sure which pipe the blockage was in but John Mulkerrins checked every pipe and managed to clear a huge backlog from one of them. All done professionally and quickly.

Josh was fantastic during the whole process got to the root of the problem. And also diagnosed where the problem started and completed the repair. One point to note he was also diligent with cleaning after the repair.

Avoid!!! They do not know what are doing

As per earlier reviews the office staff and engineers who attended to diagnose the problem and Chloe in the office were excellent. There must have been some lack of communication as the operatives who came to dig down to the soil pipe hadn't been told where to dig which caused some delay. When the location was given they were extremely hard-working with what was a really heavy job. But I was left with a seriously muddy terrace area and the lavatory door that had been taken off wasn't replaced (it was taken off early on so the people who finished the job would have needed to be told to replace it, not their fault). A jet wash would probably have sorted the mud; I wouldn't have minded paying a bit extra for the area to be cleaned up.

Excellent service. On time, resolved issue and gave advice to prevent further issues

Pete from Dynorod West Midlands came out this morning. Absolutely fantastic service. Pete went above and beyond unclogging the sewage, he even found where the issue is which turns out it’s a SevernTrent water pipe that has burst. Pete even called SevernTrent and told them it’s their issue and to send someone out today!!
