EXCELLENT SERVICE
Tom came today to help with a blocked drain and was extremely helpful and proactive. We couldn't fully solve the problem - our fault, not his - but I know what needs to be done. Overall, this was a very efficient service and a rapid response. Very impressed and can thoroughly recommend them.

Brick blockage
The engineer called, fifteen minutes before he was due to arrive,so I could clear a parking space and open the garden gates. I explained the situation while he filled his water tank.
Once the drain was cleared, he did THE CCTV survey and found a brick, lodged 5m down the main drain.
He said the survey results would be sent to me in couple of weeks.
Once I have this, I can contact Thames water; however, I fear they may say it's the neighbours problem.
Aside from that, I'm very happy with the work done today.

Blocked soil pipe promptly freed…
We made an appointment for an outside soil pipe to be unblocked. The office confirmed price and time in advance. The Dyno-Rod guy turned up promptly: very pleasant and informative about the problem. He fixed it but warned us that it might recur without permanent remedial action - gave us suggested options that.
Very happy with the service. They were recommended to us and we are delighted to recommend them in our turn!

The guy arrived at the time agreed. He very quickly freed up the blockage to my sink drain, an excellent result. I would recommend Dyno - Rod to anyone experiencing a blocked pipe or drain.
