Booking is fast, efficient and straightfoward, with multiple communications sent to confirm the job. Dan, our technician, arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and thorough in his investigation, resolving our drainage issue within 15 minutes. We also appreciated his advice on ongoing maintenance. No hesitation whatsover in awarding Dan and DynoRod 5 stars on this occasion.

Blocked toilet which I couldn’t resolve so called DynoRod. The engineer attended in double quick time, was cheerful and super efficient, cleaned the offending article after retrieving it and then departed.
Couldn’t have wished for more.

Your engineer was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to identify two blockages, one of which was 10 metres from the house. He climbed into the drain to remove the roots.
At all times he was communicating and very polite.

I rang there number, told them about the problem. They found a man who could help and arranged an appointment very nearly immediately. He rang just before arrival, took action and cleared the blockage. Further work might be needed so an estimate is on its way. Very pleased, nice staff in the office and the expert who came out was a good guy. Many thanks.

James called in advance to let me know what time he would arrive. Once at the house, he found the problem and remedied it quickly. He also explained why it had happened and how to prevent it occurring in the future.

Prompt response and visit to address a blocked drain. Professional and tidy.

Online booking process was very easy. Time window sent by text and email. Cost was then confirmed by phone. The engineer at the time he’d advised, and was courteous throughout his visit. He quickly diagnosed where the issue was and worked hard to resolve it. The (patio) inspection cover was challenging to access because the retractable handles were covered with mortar. The engineer carefully chiselled it away to access the drain. He cleared the blockage in stages to avoid issues further downstream. Excellent service from start to finish.

I asked Dino rod to help with a guttering / drain problem: the field engineer was brilliant and helped me find the root cause and fix it. Great service.

Engineer, wrote report sorted after manual blockage of Wc not successful but machine 700 used and cleared. Following day Wc blocked.
Needed Wc removal but engineer did not complete, as we found out un blocking team not plumbers so needed another part of dynorod.
Website confusing as they said they did it all.
Now moved to another company. Won't use Dynorod again as a landlord I need a reliable service for my tenants

The technician arrived the day that I phoned and was straight into dealing with the problem. The CCTV unfortunately found that the drain was severely damaged by roots and will have to be replaced. They are giving me a quote for the work required. They were professional and considerate.

We had a problem with a blocked drain outside our utility room, where tree roots were starting to take over. Dan quickly diagnosed the 'root' of the problem and was able to clear the blockage without the need for any specialist equipment. Very professional and would highly recommend.

A video was taken of the affected drain, which made the problem very clear.
