Very good service. Worked efficiently and cleanly.

Brilliant service! I called out of hours, the lady on the phone was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I was booked in and the engineer was at my house within 45 minutes. He was very professional and understanding. I will always use them when needed, can’t fault anything.

I booked an appointment Monday evening and Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock Luke arrived. He successfully unblocked the outside drains checked everything and was very thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Came out very swiftly on a bank hol weekend and managed to sort a deep blockage in a communal flat pipe quickly and seamlessly. Tested thoroughly after to make sure it had fully cleared and answered all my questions. Thanks Craig!

The engineer, Craig, was excellent and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked perfectly. This even involved coming back a second day to check that Thames Water had done their bit of the job. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Quoted to have limescale and root ingress removed from a previously blocked soil pipe (also unblocked by Dyno Rod) . Job was well done, no mess and large clump of fine roots removed. Brilliant. Cannot recommend enough.

Very easy to book and explain the drainage ongoing issues in very old pipes. Engineer arrived, called first as he was able to arrive a bit earlier than the 1-6pm slot I picked. He took a look and explained some of the legacy oddities we had. Then gave me a couple of options. The jet wash was just what it all needed. Problem solved and a 6 month guarantee too. He was also very helpful in pointing me towards a trade company for some other pieces I had not been able to get through regular places. All in all very happy. Water flowing like it should.

From the initial online request I had a callback within 10 minutes and the engineer here within 90 minutes. The problem was fixed 45 minutes later.

Dan dealt with my blockage in a highly professional way, finding the source of the blockage and dealing with it promptly, ensuring that every sink and toilet in my house flushed properly before tidying up and closing the job.
