Very efficient
Very efficient. From making the booking up to the person coming to sort the drain out. Didn’t have to wait long and they kept me informed about the expected time. The fee is rather high but it is not something anyone is willing to do. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very pleasant man who came out to do the job. Very happy with the result.

Ian and his co worker arrived on time and were curtious and very helpful. Did the job quickly and cleanly. Thank you 'boys', we can now have showers and also use the kitchen sink !!🤣

Beyond what was expected.
Chris was fantastic - he had to go up the very tight and uncomfortable attic to solve the problem but he didn’t flinch . It was late on a Friday and he could have easily walked away but he didn’t and we are very grateful. Thanks for a great service.
