Chris came out and observed the problem. Listened carefully to what I said and gave me advice. Call Wessex water as the drains were blocked. They will do it for free. Very kindly rang Wessex water for me and organised for them to come out the same day. Fantastic service I have to say. I think Chris was really helpful in helping me. No miracle this time.
The young man Luke turned up very quickly had a look put a rod and hosepipe down then decided it was a job for Southern Water. He didn't even want to try anything but managed to charge me £150 for about 5 minutes work.

We have reviewed and the engineers tracker shows 10:37 - 11:26 on site and used High water pressure jetting to try and clear, opened next doors manhole and was also full and referred you to South water instead of us charging for specialist machinery to come on site to clear.

Tom from Dyno-Rod was fantastic. He called ahead before arriving, quickly unblocked the drain, and cleaned everything up afterwards. He was friendly, professional, and provided a great service throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I booked Dyno to unblock an outside drain. They came the next day and everyone I communicated with was helpful and polite. I wasn’t at the property but they allowed me to make payment over the phone which was great. Thank you!

The engineer arrived within 2 hours of my call. He was very helpful and did everything he could but didn't have the equipment he needed to complete the job. He will return with what he needs to finish the job. Shame it wasn't possible in one visit..

Very impressed with the service from Dyno-Rod. I called them as my toilet wasn’t draining away properly when flushed. They were at my home address within the hour and check all my drains. They spoke to my neighbour who said they had the same problem. The team quickly determined that the main sewer pipe was blocked and advised me to contact my local waterboard. I did this and they are coming to sort it. Because of this Dyno-Rod did not charge me.
The two guys were very professional and courteous. Thank you Dyno-Rod.
