Efficient service all the way from booking, timings communication and getting the job done.

Very nice young man but unable to unblock our kitchen sink as his camera was broken. As he is the only person working this Saturday we still have no access to the sink or water

I’m not sure why a reputable company would send out staff without the proper tools when doing emergency call outs.

The plumber is trying to get the right equipment for tomorrow ……

From registering the call within an hour the plumber turned up.

We had a problem with our septic tank. It was emptied recently by another company but it seemed still to be overflowing. I booked an appointment online with Dyno and the next morning Tom arrived to investigate. It turns out our tank was still full - and so were the two redundant tanks either side of our new septic tank. I have now gone back to the company who said they’d cleared the tank to complain but without Tom and Dyno, I wouldn’t have known what was going on. Thank you Tom fur the excellent service and thank you Dyno for the prompt call out!

Colin from Dynorod delivered an excellent service. Explained why there was a blockage and cleared the blockage.Advised how to go forward with maintenance. Very polite and patient . Would thoroughly recommend 👍🏽

Colin was great. Quickly figured out the issue with the shower drain and then worked hard to clear which he did. Wouldn’t hesitate to call out again if needed

He was very professional and found and dealt with the problem very efficiently.
This man needs recognition as he was fantastic.

We had a blockage in our set of 4 toilets, causing a flood on the floor. Emergency plumber switched the water off, and we booked Dyno-Rod for the first thing Monday. The engineer was excellent, with lots of knowledge and equipment, got us sorted and the plumber came back to switch us on again!
