Had two lovely down to earth gentleman come to clear my toilet done a fab job very quick and efficient so happy they could come out the same day.

I own a village community shop and had to call Dyno Rod on a Sunday to help find the cause of a most unpleasant smell of sewage pervading the shop….not great for trade!

Rob Lee arrived and got to work. His professionalism and lovely manner put us at ease straight away. He was very thorough, double checking everything and soon found the problem.
Such a relief to have it all sorted, panic over thank goodness.

Rob Lee came to sort what we thought was a blockage in the house which turned into a more serious problem of the main sewage line being blocked. Rob said it was a tough job but he managed to unblock it and sort it out for us. Would not hesitate in using Rob again

Engineer arrived at agreed time quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted it
All left clean and draining properly

Over and done in thirty minutes which included making an access point in the soil pipe to clear the blockage.
I forgot to mention this was the second visit for the same problem within 3 weeks they charged me £60 for the first visit and £60 for the second so if it continues at that rate it will cost me £840 for the year. WHAT A RIP OFF. not a happy 72 year old customer.

Had a blocked kitchen sink that a engineer tried to clear but it was still draining slowly then Rob Lee came today from Dyno he was pleasant and understanding and took time to clear the blockage I now have a waste that drains

Rob Lee attended this afternoon within 45 minutes of us raising an emergency - Blocked drain in the back garden causing the toilet to back up.

He was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, conscientious and hard working in full glare of the Sun. He worked to clear the blockage, mindful of keeping the children safe and he explained everything he did.

From Dyno Rod booking the job in smoothly and Rob attending shortly afterwards, the whole experience was a positive one from start to finish.

I needed an emergency plumber to find where a drain was blocked 48 hours before my house sale. Dyno-rod were efficient, sending an engineer with 24 hours. Charlie was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, solved the problem and cleaned everything up. Charge was as per quote with no hidden extras. Highly recommended!

Had a blockage from the kitchen sink to the outside pipe. So, I made an appointment for Dyno Rod to come out and resolve our problem. The first contact was a telephone call from the engineers, Rob and Mo, to say they were on their way. They arrived and got to work immediately trying to locate the problem. They were polite and hard working and kept us informed throughout their investigation and got on with the job in hand. All in all, very professional and we would recommend this Dyno Rod team.

Great job by Mo N and Rob Lee, they diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, poor installation by our plumber was causing a blockage, I expected to them to clear it and tell me to get the guy back who did the job in the first place! but the were excellent, they cleared the pipes and fixed the job that had been poorly done! I was delighted with the outcome and felt they had gone above and beyond, both were very friendly and very professional.
