Fantastic service sorting out a problem that other plumbers couldn't sort. Quick response to our request.

On time, neat job, efficiently done. All cleaned up afterwards, checked and working. Polite and pleasant plumber. Nice job.

A. O'Donnell was brilliant from start to finish. Very honest and informative. The problem was not solved due to the nature of the issue whicj needs to be dealt by the housing Associations. But the service from Dyno was top notch. Thank you for your advise and excellent curtumer service.

Job arranged by British Gas for a replacement radiator. Came in alloted time but morning call with ETA would have been useful. Job completed OK! And very pleasant engineer, however system drained down but no replacement inhibitor added?

The first 2 visits from this company had not been 100% successful but the chap who came today went above and beyond to explain the problem, demonstrate the functionality of the boiler we have, even though it is apparently very unusual, and check the original repair and make some adjustments. He explained other things we could do to improve the performance of the boiler, and also recommended we look at British Gas’s landlord contract which might be of benefit to us as we have other properties. We were not aware that BG had such a contract. He was on time, had called ahead to confirm the time, and was neat and tidy and very polite.

The 2nd engineer to do this job was excellent his attitude to work and his working ethics was first class his work was just as good he just got on with the job with a smile on his face the job was difficult and he was on is own but he did not complain he plowed through it all smiling I have nothing but admiration for this guy a credit to dyno 11 out of 10 for me faultless unlike the first guy you sent who had none of these qualities was work shy and bone idle minus 10 he gets from me do not send him again overall though excellent

Only part of the job complete at the moment, with a second phase due on the 16th. Original call-out was dealt with well and felt comfortable placing the work with Dyno as a result. Initial radiator replacements was scheduled, with a time between 8am and 1pm. On the day, no-one had turned up at the set time so called to chase (at 1.30pm) and told they were on their way. Eventually arrived at 3pm. This was quite frustrating as we had planned our day around the engineers visit. It would have been courteous to have received a call from the main office to say the engineers were running late. However, quality of work was good and we look forward to seeing the finished article!

We just had a simple job of replacing a tap in the kitchen. The Dyno plumber was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient, explaining the various options for repair or replacement, and eventually replacing the tap with a new one. Very pleased with the service received. No mess or water spillage. Excellent value for money.

British Gas Homeserve 4 sent Adam from Dyno-Rod Leeds to stop the water coming through my kitchen ceiling. The service provided by Adam was exemplary in every way. He tracked and sealed the leak through three holes in the kitchen ceiling. Excellent customer service in the telephone call to the Leeds branch this morning to arrange the plasterer. 5* experience, thank you.

Rob was amazing found the problem straight away and got to sorting it. Incredibly efficient and friendly, couldn’t of asked for better service.
