Dynorod came round today to see about a leaking overflow pipe. They rang 10 minutes before arriving to say they were on their way. The young man looked at the water tank in the loft and spend a good while checking to see what was causing the issue. Turns out nothing major just trapped air bubbles in the central heating system. He definitely put my mind at rest as we had a leak in the ceiling the previous week due to another issue. I would highly recommend dynorod. Plus there was no call out fee ‘excellent’ service.

British Gas sent Dyno-rod to fit new water heater the team who came were very professional rang ahead to say they were on their way work carried out efficiently

We had a leaking pipe above our boiler. The plumber arrived, identified the problem and replaced the pipe.
He advised us to get a gas engineer in to check the boiler as there had been a significant amount of water on top of the boiler. He advised that the boiler remain switched off until an engineer had checked that no water had got onto the boiler's electrics.
We found the plumber was very professional and informative. Very pleased with the work that was carried out.

Called a plumber out for advice on a leak to water supply pipe, which Yorkshire Water seemed to be incapable of fixing following 3 weeks of them messing us around and not turning up. The plumber was here very quickly, gave us useful advice and also a quote if we needed Dyno to complete the work. I cannot fault the service at all. Brilliant and thank you.

Pleasant tidy worker, left a few minutes ago . Previous problem involved water leaking so only time will tell if problem solved.

The plumber was called out to fix a shower control. Was courteous and swift in assessing the situation. Obtained a price for replacement with date for fitting. Replacement was fitted as quoted in a professional manner.
Plumber was respectful at all times and helpful with the paperwork.
A joy to have been served in this way.

Dyno were called in to fix a leaking radiator, and replace a broken thermostat, by British Gas. Their plumber arrived early in the alloyed timeframe and was thorough and courteous.

Dyno were sent by British Gas (we have a serve repair contact with BG) to come look for a potential leak in are central heating system, the 2 engineers worked there socks off for 2 days looking for the leak, taking floors up etc but they could not find it and after doing all the relevant pressure tests aswell this also proved that there was no leak in the system,
The engineers were very professional and did an amazing job putting floors etc back down after ripping them up looking for the pipes, they explained everything in detail what they were doing and actually advised us what the problem could be and it be a fault in the boiler, over to you BG to come fix the boiler

The two gentlemen that came to my mother’s house could not have been more understanding and efficient. It was not the easiest of jobs but they made me feel that it was not a problem at all and just part of their normal routine. They were polite, hardworking, above all, kind.
