Timely response to my call, I was advised of the arrival time. John diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and explained what he'd done. He ensured any mess was cleaned up and things were left clean and tidy.

Contacted by Dyno to advise that their plumber would be arriving in around 20 minutes. Arrived as promised and quickly identified the problem with our Mains Stop Tap. The plumber was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes. Extremely happy with the service, professionalism and courtesy shown throughout by the plumber. Thank you.

The leak from a pipe in my kitchen was sorted out very quickly. Communication on the phone beforehand was very helpful and reassuring and explained what to expect. The plumber that came a few hours later was excellent - very helpful and explained about the pipe fitting and what to look out for in future. Assessment on the spot was very good and the problem - which turned out to be a minor issue with a pipe connection - was solved. I had worried through the night about the leak being under the floor. Peace of mind restored - a huge relief, and you have my thanks for that!

Dyno were appointed by Home Emergency as an additional service to Direct Line to resolve a leak that we have coming through our ceiling from the shower.
The plumber arrived and refused to look at the shower and said: “ I wouldn’t touch that”
When I have chased this up with Dyno I was informed that they do not deal with leaking showers and that Home Emergency had appointed the wrong company.
When following this up 55 hours later as the leak still has not been resolved - we have been told that the plumber refused to do the job because there was a 3rd party present.

I booked another engineer after the previous engineer failed fix my heating problem. The second engineer never showed. I waited in all day 8-6. Poor customer service too - the first person I spoke to that day guaranteed my engineer would turn up, which wasn't appropriate, and the second one was very antagonistic with me.

The plumber came out the same day to fix my problem. I consider that he went above and beyond in order to achieve this fix as my problem turned out not to be a plumbing problem. Thank you.

Thank you for coming out so soon. Plumber repaired our bath for us only took him about 10 minutes. We were panicking early and water can pull into the ceiling and it dawned on me. I was covered by Direct Line. We had to go through a few phone calls, but we got there in the end, thank you very much for your help
