We had John come and sort our problem with a leaking drainage conector on the toilet. It could not be sorted on the first trip as the toilet had been concreted to the tiles and not be moved easily. John took time to think about a solution and came back to sort it out professionally and with a welcome friendly manner. Great job John.

The operative was knowledgeable and really helpful in explaining my issue. I was given advice regarding the fitting of a ‘surestop’ to assist me as I am unable to access my stopcock. This was followed up by a fitting appointment. The operative arrived on time and the work was completed swiftly with no mess or disruption.

The guys came out nice and early made sensible suggestions for my kitchen tap which was very loose tightened it right up and so far so good! Efficient and honest engineers.

Although no fault of theirs the items arrived damaged but were quick to come back and sort the job..Lianne,John and all were very good,helpful and polite...overall a thumbs up 👍

Attended promptly as we were advised , he was friendly and courteous and managed to diagnose and resolve our problem quickly .

I called dyno-rod to swap some of my taps over I went online and filled a little form in and I thought this is brilliant Instead of ringing loads of time wasting plumbers from Google these will come within 3 days but then the Friday before the weekend I got a call from them to talk through the issue which is / was fine they my options was to get a quote when the engineer came then re book for the job as they couldn't promise there would be a time slot OR pay over the phone for 2 hrs labour incase the job took that long £90 per hr so I opted for this to have peace of mind and reliability from a reputable firm Instead of a self employed guy who may or not turn up or don't want the job as it's too small for them.

The gut turned up he was nice polite great guy he was at my house 20 mins and I had to pay for 2 hr slot incase it took that long.

Obviously they have to fill diary's and now how many jobs they got in for that day just bit of a sting that a qualified plumber with all the right tools would take 2 hrs to change a tap.

I paid for peace of mind and reliability
I'd still recommend Dyno-rod for this reason

Arrived promptly after receiving job. Problems identified within minutes and resolved in about 10 minutes. Really quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Was very respectful and wore foot protectors when inside. Knew exactly what the issue was within minutes with the water tank, had all the parts in the van so no waiting for anything. Very clean and tiday when the repair was completed. Thank you so much!

Still waiting ,after 13 hrs ,leak under bath ,causing damp wall ,when phoned to see where the team was after being told it would be a few hours ,apparently the plumber knocked on the door and got no answer so went.He could have pressed the ring door bell or tekephoned but didn't ,,so waited in all this time ,,who would go out and leave a leak if a plumber was expected.,and our 2 cars were on the drive .

Called at 1.23pm as my toilet was not flushing. By 3pm a lovely chap called Clive had been,mended the toilet (2 separate parts were broken),cleaned up after himself and gone. Couldn't rate the service high enough

Emergency Call out. Absolutely amazing service. Very personable and did a great job. 11 out of 10 !
