Christmas day saved by Dyno
Christmas day saved by Dyno, flood occurred due to faulty downstairs tap. No isolation valves to sink had to turn off stopcock so no water or heating. Couldn't wash prepare food use the toilet. But the only company Dyno, Via British Gas saved us and we called many. All done by 10.30 am Chritmas morning. Family happy. Use Dyno!!

Dyno Rod did 2 jobs in 2 weeks
Dyno Rod did 2 jobs in 2 weeks. Both times the same man arrived. His name was Charles. He was absolutely first class. Arrived in about an hour. Both jobs were done swiftly and he really knew what he was doing. Staff in the office were very helpful as well. First class business

The shower pump replacement
The company were very efficient in getting the work done promptly. They also kept me updated on how things were progressing. Both employees who came to my house were pleasant and helpful as were the office staff.

Kai Dean and Logan did an excellent job and were very hospitable and insured we were happy with the job on completion we look forward to their return once WW has installed the new box . They couldn’t do enough for us when they were working in the house and house was left clean & tidy They are a credit to your company

My ballcock in header tank had broken leaving Me with no water. Ifan called shortly after my initial call and informed me of the expected eta. Arrived spot on time fully armed with the necessary equipment. Very friendly, helpful and professional at the end of a busy day. Always had good experiences with the firm. Thank you for taking the worry away so speedily and efficiently. Highly recommended.

WATER SUPPLY PIPE REPAIR
Dyno Rod came to fix our external water leak and the 4 people from Dyno Rod ( Logan,Craig,Lee and Kaidean) were diligent, courteous. inventive,clever,skilled and knowledgeable . Undertook thorough testing to locate the leak.Knew what was practical taking into account the nature of the ground e.g using a mole not possible as bedrock too close to the surface. They fully explained what needed to be done and kept us fully informed of progress each day. The drive tiles were re- laid very neatly. An excellent job all round.

Update Shower Finally Fixed.
After use for a few weeks no leaks from shower. It looks like it’s finally fixed. If future problems develop as recommended by Dyno Rod will upgrade to ceramic shower tray.

I have quoted £142.23 for a job that…
I have quoted £142.23 for a job that should have been covered under my British Gas Homecare agreement to replace a radiator- apparently in my area (South Wales) you will be charged by Dyno Rod even though it’s not charge able as it’s covered by my Brutish Gas Homecare agreement - how many vulnerable households have been charged incorrectly because of this 🤔 maybe I’ll bring this to the attention of Martin Lewis
In closing what I will say is when I rang British Gas the representative I spoke to was as concerned she did double check my Homecare agreement it’s a standard radiator which should have been replaced they have no clue why Dyno Rod in South Wales would make this a chargeable job -good job I checked before paying

Awful experience from an incompetent olumber
Awful experience. dyno-rod were appointed from AXA insurance from my Halifax Rewards programme for an emergency home repair - my shower pipe came apart and water was spurting out. They arrived over 6 hours for an emergency call out. The plumber simply removed the whole shower unit and then told me I needed to call a plumber out and buy a new shower. My usual plumber called to me this evening and has repaired the shower unit and has to come back to reattach it to the wall. The incompetent Dyno-rod plumber should have been able to do exactly the same, not leave the job in a worse state. He also left the bathroom with a soaking wet floor after his attempt in there!!

Superb professionals
Dyno-Rod Caerphilly have been superb. Their manager Lee Rees came out straightaway yesterday after I’d rung the office. Due to the serious nature of our leak in our kitchen he arranged for 1 of their teams to come out first thing this morning, Another Lee & Craig were very professional, polite and explained things very clearly. They moved & replaced poor pipework and left us with fresh running water after 4 days without water as other plumbers couldn’t fix it. We would 100% use Dyno Rod again ! Thank you Lee, Lee & Craig

Our Dyno plumber was so helpful
Our Dyno plumber was so helpful, sorting out a leak in our washing machine. He tried to use the existing flexible pipe to keep the cost down but when that didn't work he came back straight away with a replacement pipe and tap. Polite and professional throughout, I strongly recommend Dyno plumbers
