Great service, very polite plumber. The price for the work done was less than the prices I have been quoted by local plumbers just for a call out which would not have included anything to do the job.

There are tradesmen, and great tradesmen who leave you satisfied with a job well done.
Welsh Water informed me that I had a leak under my newly refurbished front garden, which made my day(not) ! A source of relief was found when I had it confirmed that my British Gas Boiler cover covered the repair with just the £60 excess.
BG called in Dyno-Rod who came out within 2 hours. After inspection Kaldean and Marcus returned the following morning to find the leak and do a couple of spot digs. In total they spent 3 days working here and found 2 leaks.
I cannot speak too highly of them, they knew what they were doing, and although a messy job, they cleaned up after each day and on completion they had the garden spotless, we are so impressed with them and had to compliment them on their friendliness, professionalism and work ethic, they are a real credit to their company franchise and both Dyno-Rod and British Gas!
A big well done from a very happy customer who is chuffed not to have been left with a building site! Thank you Kaldean and Marcus!

Central heating leaking pipes
From start to finish when we contacted Dyno-Rod to trace a leak in our central heating it has gone well.
The leak was traced underneath our tiled kitchen floor and we were then booked in for the work to commence.
This was completed with no digging up of any tiles or concrete. Such a relief.
Pipes were diverted to cap off the pipes leading to the leak and my central heating is now up
and running. All rad TRV's have been set at the correct setting and the boiler is at last holding pressure. We now have heat and a working central heating system. Thank you Barrie for the testing and Harno for the superb work carried out!!

Had an excellent experience with C.P. Services Ltd today. Their engineer, he was thorough and efficient in diagnosing and fixing a major water leak. He quickly identified a ruptured pipe, carefully accessed the area, and restored our water supply with minimal disruption. Professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was safe. Highly recommend their services!
