Outstanding service from Dyno Rod – highly recommended!

We had two leaks from our mains water pipe under the driveway, and Dyno Rod were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They identified and sorted both issues within the day, with minimal disruption and real professionalism. You honestly couldn’t ask for better service – we’re so grateful for their expertise and can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had Dyno—Rod come to our property today to carry out a trace for a mains water link, and we were thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish. The team was extremely professional and courteous throughout the visit. After contacting Dyno-Rod about an emergency leak from bathroom sink, they were super quick to respond and send out plumbers. Very friendly trades people, informative, efficient and tidy. Very pleased with every aspect of their service from start to finish.

Booked an appointment last night for today. Received a text first thing to say the team would let me know when they are on their way. They rang me 15 minutes before arrival and were polite, professional and fast. Very pleased with results and would recommend

We had a really unusual banging noise in our pipes when the water cut-off. On the first visit they suggested changing the water pressure valve. Unfortunately when they returned to fit the valve it was faulty so had to replace again. The noise seemed to go for a few days but then came back. Perry from Dyno Rod came again and we spent 15 minutes listening and locating the noise. Perry felt that it was in the bathrooms rather than the airing cupboard. He then after listening to the toilet cistern filling suggested he changed the rubber in the en-suite toilet. I wasn’t convinced but as Perry said it was a case of eliminating things. Well he was spot on after 15 minutes no noise and none since. Really helpful, professional young man who kept reassuring me that although the noise was annoying it wouldn’t cause any problems until it was resolved. Great job thank you Perry

Called out on a home plumbing emergency, came much quicker than we anticipated. The plumber was polite, problem solved our issue and set about getting it fixed.
Left ensuring the bathroom was as tidy as he had found it. Great work Ben, thanks for a job well done.

The plumber rang ahead with an arrival time. He was very polite and efficient and wore protective overshoes to protect our floor covering. He did a very neat job and removed all the waste products.

This is one of three reviews of organisations I contacted to sort a drainage problem. I am aiming it at those who (unlike me!) manage not to panic by ringing up the first number Google throws up and read the TrustPilot reviews first.
I had been struggling to sort a blocked toilets issue for a couple of days; by the Thursday I realised it was a much bigger issue than I could solve and the whole drain was blocked, not just the pipe(s) running from the toilets. It required a drainage specialist, in panic I turned to Google.
It was Monday before I contacted Dyno-Rod as I had already tried to get service from two companies (one of whom extorted money) with no result. By Monday I had had a very, very stressful weekend. Unable to use the toilets or take a shower or bath (my wife and I were even too frightened to use a washbasin to wash our hands for fear of worsening the problem) I was left with little faith in finding a solution.
I hadn’t considered Dyno-Rod first at all as they are a national organisation with a reputation for being expensive. However with the experiences I had just gone through, I wish I had. I called around 10.20 on Monday morning, a drainage specialist team was with me about 11.00 , and by 11.55 they had solved the issue and were packing up. Maybe they aren’t the cheapest, however for me they kept their promises, gave a fast response and solved my issue to my satisfaction.

3 lads came to repair a leak to our lead water feed we had another company but they were awful and all they did was make a mess.The lads travelled from Dudley and Telford but worked hard and were very tidy I would highly recommend them

Ben was the service engineer who visited us today. He was extremely professional in every aspect and certainly left us knowing that the job was tried and tested then completed.

Ben the engineer was very efficient , helpful and knowledgeable. He firstly fitted a tap for me and whilst doing this he was very clean and tidy whilst carrying out the task.
He was then able to fit me a sure. Stop switch in for me as he had one with him on the van.
Overall the visit was very pleasant and I would recommend Dino rod to anyone who asks me about them in the future.

A big thank you to the team of 3 that installed our new boiler in stourport the last couple of days . They have worked extremely hard to complete a challenging job working in a very tight space . They are a credit to the company
