The engineer was friendly, punctual, kept us in the loop, didn’t try to overcharge, gave some helpful advice.

He called to give me a 10mins heads up, which was really helpful due to mobility issues from chronic illness flare-ups making it take a while for me to get to the front door without help.

Paying was super simple (texted a link, got it instantly, 2 taps of Apple Pay and that was it), probably done in under 2 minutes.

Andy from Dyno Rod , is spot on , very hard worker . Been coming out for a few months south staffs first . I had a water leak and luckily had homeserve which Dyno rod cover yes they had to come out a couple of times but that was too do with the heat and tarmac.

Left my job unfinished, leaking ceiling with 2 babies. Didn’t tell me there was an extra payment to be paid. Would not send the engineer out until I paid. Would NOT recommend.

So easy to book online and choose your preferred data and time and what you need to book for. Did the online booking Friday and they turned up Monday as booked. Did the job efficiently and took away the waste.

Ben was called out on a big blockage which was an emergency. He really went above and beyond. Very hard working very polite and cleaned up after a very dirty job. A credit to the company.

Jack visited my property to repair a leaking pipe.

He phoned me in advance to give notice of his arrival which was much appreciated.

He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He fixed the leaking pipe.

Joseph came to investigate a knocking sound in the pipes along with a tap that wouldn't turn off without a struggle. He found the issue and went off to get the parts needed. He ended up being faced with a much bigger job than expected but kept me informed at every stage. I cannot recommend Joseph enough or praise him too highly. He was courteous and professional throughout. Wonderful manners. Very knowledgeable. I felt at ease knowing he knew what to do. He is an absolute credit to Dyno Rod. A real (five) star! Refitted a shower told us the power head was causing the problem so tpld him to change it and did a great job

On the morning of Thursday, 2nd July 26, my coming 88 year old mother came down to find water on the kitchen surface, brown water patches on part of the kitchen ceiling and part lounge. This caused my mother distress being on her own at the time. She went backup stairs to find the landing carpet sodden and water coming from the airing cupboard.
Following an urgent call going into British gas due to home care cover 400, my mother's age and being on the priority register, a follow up call to Dyno rod for expected time of arrival, Chris Johnson arrived as his next appointment. He turned the water off and easily detected that the plastic water filter had gone causing the water damage. He did his best to help and left my mother feeling safe and reassured whilst on her own.

We had a problem with a leaking badly fitted toilet.Dyno plumbing quoted the job to fix the issues, the price was similar to local one man band quotes. The engineer turned up on time, carried out the repair, tidied up, and was a very polite man.
I highly recommend using Dyno, in fact we are already planning our next plumbing job.

Leak from the water tank in the loft ,with water into the kitchen an down stair toilet . Contacted dyno at 4:30 am and the engineer arrived at 6:30am and the problem was sorted out by 7:30am

Finally someone fixed a leak for us after a few attempts to get it done ,very happy with Dyno-Rod very pleasant and friendly would definitely recommed them .

Joe and George visited several times to sort out our free standing bath tap with a hand shower attachment. They preserved on each visit to sort the problems out.

Prompt response, efficient work, nice guy. Completed more than just the required minimum repair to also address a stiff mains valve (to make isolation easier) and a secondary valve that may have failed in the near future.
