We have had Dyno through our service contract twice in the last few weeks and the service provided was faultless. Ross was the engineer and he was first class!

The service has been impeccable. Guys were professional, polite and friendly. They explained everything they were doing in terms we could understand. They told us when the water would be turned off. The booking process was excellent.

On Friday 15th May 2026 we were visited by Dyno-Rod engineer Michael Brown…. Not only was he polite kind and very personable…. He was extremely efficient in fact he resolved the problem we had with very low pressure on our hot water feed…. My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Dyno-Rod if all their staff are as good as Michael. Thank you for such a good service.

Wanted to say a big thank you to Luke. He really went the extra mile, making life so much easier by fixing the leal i had in my bath.

Very reliable engineer who called prior to arrival. He did a quick efficient job . He was also very personable which made the whole experience a pleasant one .

Panic allways sets in when there is a plumbing emergency. However this panic was soon eliminated when the enginerr arrived, Having called ahead to ensure he understood the nature of the issue, he explained the steps he was going to follow to get us back to normal. Within what seemed like no time he had assessed and cleared the problem. Clean up the mess we had creted trying to sort it ourselves and was away. Matt was professional and personalble in all his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I hope i dont need to call upon him to soon but if needed I'll be staight back on line to book again. Thank you Matt, you were brilliant.

Phoned in the morning for an emergency leak from taps. Engineer was at the house by lunchtime and fixed in no time. Quick and friendly service

Had a fault toilet tank, multiple internal parts had faults, James came out incredibly quickly, very friendly and professional. Explained exactly what would need replacing, how long it would take, super transparent a clearly. Great service, great attention to detail as well.

Had an emergency situation and I was so shocked/impressed when I was told someone could come in half an hour! Josh arrived in half an hour and sorted it. Couldn’t have asked for more

Service from engineer James Hicks was excellent. Arrived and fitted toilet quickly and expertly. Was very helpful throughout visit and left no mess.

Brilliant service from booking to completion .I initially used the online booking form but as I was looking for a specific time frame I wasn't able to so called direct &spoke to a person.The issue wasn't strictly an emergency so I was happy to wait for a couple of days .An appointment was booked.for two days later.I did then receive a call from AHand plumbing who said there was a possibility of that day appointment however that didn't materialize but not an issue as I had the booking for a couple of days later.The plumber who came was lovely &said he would be back the next day he gave me a quote which I was happy with he came back at the time he said he would completed the job very professional in his work so very very pleased with the company &employee thankyou.Also the job actually came in less than the quoted price so all in all excellent &would always recommend Dyno rod for any job in the plumbing department

The engineer was on time, polite and friendly . He explained exactly what the job entails. He had to reroute the leaking cold mains pipes upstairs. Took a lot less time than first thought. Great job, left everything clean and tidy.

I don’t normally leave reviews but Ross T was such a great plumber, I would recommend him to everyone I could. He explained everything clearly for me and my partner and then went right to work to fix the problem, putting our minds at ease immediately. He was thorough in his explanation and work and was a genuine, polite, respectful man. I hope if we need any work done in future, Ross himself would be available to help us. Thanks again!

Great experience of the office team and the engineer

Ryan arrived spot on time, fitted a new kitchen sink mixer. It was fitted perfectly and under an hour despite being in the most awkward place.

I had a split hose in my kitchen tap which was covered (bar the excess) under my Home Serve Agreement (British Gas). The response was first class. The communication excellent. The work passed to Dyno-Rod. The plumber who attended (Tom Irvine) was excellent. Very polite and respectful upon entering my property with covers over his outdoor shoes. New tap fitted accordingly. Great service. Thanks.

Ray was punctual, polite and informative. The job was completed quickly and tidily, thank you.

Pete came out to fix a ghastly toilet overflow situation for us. He was outstanding on a really difficult job that required investigation and creative solutions. He stuck with it and solved the problem with great friendliness and curtesy. The company is lucky to have been able to employ him for the last couple of decades and I hope they reward him well.

I instructed Dynorod Ltd to clear a blockage at my property on 12/02/26. Two separate engineers attended, and both were clearly reluctant to carry out any actual work. Instead, they tried to fob me off and insisted the issue was the responsibility of Severn Trent.

Severn Trent attended just three days later and confirmed in writing that the problem was absolutely Dynorod’s responsibility to resolve.

I then contacted Darren at the Telford branch to request a refund, as neither engineer had completed the job they were paid £195 to do.

He flatly refused, was beyond rude and argumentative - despite admitting full liability & being fully aware that his engineers had failed to carry out the work.

I have since had no choice but to raise a chargeback with my bank. In response, Dynorod have now submitted what I know to be a false transcript of phone conversations along with misleading engineer reports.

I have sent 3-4 emails to managers and directors - all completely ignored.

If the £195 is not refunded immediately, I will be escalating this matter to Trading Standards, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and issuing proceedings via MCOL to recover my money.

Do not use this company. In my experience they are dishonest, unprofessional and willing to take payment for work they have no intention of completing.

Any response they post to this review will, be further lies and fabrications.
