Great support and customer service
We have had a longstanding leak on our central heating system. Eventually discovered two leaking pipes in concrete floor. Dynorod engineer Lewis came out several times and perserveered until the problem was fixed. Dynorod Oxford have been brilliant all the way through helping to fix a very elusive leak. Great customer service from Kirsty Jaime and Lewis during a very stressful time. Highly recommended 👏

Heating/hot water installation was…
Heating/hot water installation was carried out by British Gas excellently, however, one of the elbow soldered joint did mot make well plus a radiator Connector was not made well. There has been leak one end of radiator although stopped leaving a rusty mark & stain on the wooden floor. The main problem was elbow leak had caused a corrosion/oxidisation and a slow drip. Dyno visited, assessed and Engineer came as arranged. Carried out the repair extremely well. Good profession work. Thanks.

Professional company
When Jamie came to do the quote he was professional, polite and friendly. Made us feel confident about his approach to the job, which was different to other tradesman. Jamie and Lewis were excellent when carrying out the Instalation.We did not have to wait to get the job done and they were very respectful and very tidy. We are very pleased with the outcome. Nothing was too much trouble .
