Dyno were selected by my insurance company to carry out a repair and they did a great job. They were responsive and prompt with a follow up that was needed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was initially sceptical about Dynorod because they were affiliated to my previous insurance with BG. The chaps were courteous and thorough. They looked at every aspect of my system and my hot water was reinstated. They gave advice on what I could do, but were not pushy. They left after giving me their number incase the problem returned. As a result of this, I will revisit my BG homecare package and add Dynorod.

Very efficient and reliable company. Resolved leak and ordered new pump all replaced and fixed in a couple of days. Staff on the phone and plumbers very polite and knowledgeable.

I booked yesterday as my toilet flush broke. Came out this morning, gave me a call 10 minutes before arriving.

Very quick to finish the job and checked I was happy before leaving. Didn’t mind my dog nosing at the work being done.

Explained what he had to do to get the job done and the price was better than I expected. Very happy with the job done and couldn’t recommend Dyno more.

Contacted them through local heroes to fix a leaking concealed toilet. They responded quickly, sent someone out later that morning. He diagnosed the issue and confirmed what needed doing, and was able to do it right there and then. The price was fair and he did a great job, bathroom was clean when he left too. Would definitely recommend and use again.
