We needed our water tank replaced, Jed the plumber came in the morning on time (it was a all day job)he was very respectful of our property, freindly and I just let him get on with it , it was an excellent job done,very professional kept everything clean, he explained everything he had done and how everything worked and what I needed to do , we have always had excellent service from your company, thank you 😃

Excellent service from Scott
Excellent service from Scott. We had an issue with low water pressure and our stopcock had seized. Scott identified the issue quickly our prv was jammed and replaced our stopcock and prv on the same day. Couldn’t ask for more! We can have a normal shower now! Thank you for your help!

I discovered a leak in my cold water…
I discovered a leak in my cold water tank situated in the loft on the day I was due to set off on a few days' holiday. British Gas sorted out an appointment with Dyno Plumbing and Anthony arrived within 90 minutes to deal with the problem. He was thorough, efficient, and friendly, quickly finding the source of the leak and fixing it. (It was a persistent drip not a torrent). I could not have expected a more timely nor efficient service.
