The engineer literally came within 30 minutes after I had reported a water leak. He was friendly, positive and professional.

Arrived promptly and resolved the problem keeping me well informed throughout.

Used Dyno Rod through British Gas. Replaced kitchen sink tap. Item had to be ordered, so there was a short wait due to the weekend. All the leaks were checked before the installation. Anthony was professional and completed the job to my satisfaction.

Kishmar Rileywas very professional, efficient and tidied up well after. Very pleased with service.

The guy that came out to me (Conor)was very nice and polite.fixed the issue for me.

Excellent service from your engineer Grant Walker-Jones. Went above and beyond to solve our plumbing issues and fixed everything with no mess or damage to bathrooms. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have in your home .

Anthony came over to sort out our plumbing issue and was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly worked out what the problem was, and fixed it efficiently with no hassle at all.

From booking the emergency to getting it fixed, I was updated at all times. Once onsite the Anthony, the engineer, was absolutely fantastic. He quickly identified the issue and went about fixing it. Once complete, Anthony, told us what was fixed and left the area tidier than before! Thank You !

I called Dyno-Rod on 15-May after my mum became concerned about water overflowing from her loft water tank. I was very impressed with the response time—they arrived in under 2 hours on a Friday evening. The plumber was great at reassuring my mum and completed the repair without any fuss. He fitted a new Part 2 ballcock valve and sorted everything out.

Update 01-June: Disappointed that the overflow problem reoccurred after 2 weeks. Had to get a local plumber out to fix the problem, which apparently was due to the ballcock valve not being properly secured. Kept 1 star for the Dyno-Rod plumber because of his good communication and reassurance he gave to my mum, but not impressed with the quality of the work on this occasion.

Charlie Page was not only great guy but amazingly helpful. He explained everything to me clearly and patiently. You’re lucky to have him, Thank you

Anthony, the Dyno-Rod plumber came to fix a couple of plumbing issues we had. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable man, who was polite and extremely helpful. He fixed the plumbing problems and explained what he was going to do and what he’d done afterwards. He didn’t leave any mess either. We very satisfied!

Zach was absolutely brilliant! Very pleased with the way he explained to me what he is doing to resolve my issues with cold water tank that was very noisy when filling up.
Besides that he explained what and how I should get in touch with them very quickly so my issues are resolved faster .

I have just had a visit from the most competent and pleasant plumber that I have ever come across.
It was such an unusual experience to meet such a plumber who really knew what he was doing. Dyno, I hope that you manage to hold on to such an asset as Charlie.

Zach visited today and replaced ball valve on cold water storage tank. He was friendly and polite and explained what he had done as well as other Dyno services. Have used Dyno through British Gas for years and in the past found engineers could be unreliable and always apprehensive about their visits. They now seem to have got their act together as past two visits have been excellent.
