Michael Wilson from Dyno arrived early on the allotted date and completed a tricky installation promptly, efficiently and without fuss. British Gas had arranged delivery of the new tank 30 minutes before his arrival. A very pleasant and friendly person, he was clearly knowledgeable and very competent. A very good experience from both Dyno and British Gas.

Fast response when booked . Came next day .leaking tap. Very polite and popped shoe covers on .Dino-Rod plumber phoned to let now on way plus introduced himself Clarence at the door before entrying and said what he had come to fix.

Clarence was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly, traced the source of the leak quickly, and avoided us having to carry out unnecessary investigations works.
