Very pleased with service given today. Emailed yesterday morning and engineer came this morning. He was very efficient and polite and explained everything to me and left my sink area very clean and tidy.

The engineer was very good and polite helpful told me about the problem he sorted it out for very professional left everything clean and tidy can't fault the company highly recommended them

Excellent additional investigative work from Marius meant another hidden leak discovered.

Fantastic service. Booked on Friday and engineer arrived on Monday as booked. Called before arriving to say they were 40 minutes away. Provided quote and completed work there and then.

The operative who called did what he could he was very polite and professional.
Although the problem wasn’t completely solved Dyno suggested the correct trades that could tackle the complete job

After leaving messages for three local plumbers to call me back with quotes for fixing a leaking tap i gave up as not one of them returned my call.I suppose the job too small for them.After doing some research on the internet I stumbled across BG,I didn’t realise that they carried out plumbing repairs.However it soon became apparent that they had acquired Dynorod to carry out their plumbing and drainage work.I filled in an online form and within the hour Sabir turned up and gave me a free no obligation quote.He have us a couple of alternative solutions and left it with us to decide which would be the best option.We eventually decided to replace the whole tap rather than just to replace both cartridges as there was not a lot in it cost wise.We got the parts from Screwdix and made an appointment next day for Sabir to replace the tap.On both of his visits he called with an ETA.Sabir is a credit to Dynorod.He was a true professional,he carried out the work with a minimum of fuss,was extremely friendly,all in all a job well done.I have never had any dealings with plumbers in the past,but the quote I was given was very reasonable,one thing is certain is that you will not get scammed by Dynorod.Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use Dynorod in the future.If you are reading this Dynorod you have a true ambassador to the company in Sabir,please give him pat on the back

The engineer was great got no problem with him. My complaint is that I was charged a £100 for Labour and the engineer was only here just over half an hour, I think is disgusting as I had paid British gas £60 for the call out so the bill was £230 from Dyno plus £60 British gas so nearly £300 for the work. I'm a pensioner and now I know how they take advantage of you oldies

Rang this morning came this afternoon.the engineer was both polite and got on with the job,even vacuumed up after he finished his name was max a credit to the company.

Plumber was on time, and very experienced. he gave me a detailed quote and explained the difficulties and options. Very helpful.

Excellent prompt service from professionals would not hesitate to recommend.

Good service, both for the original BG Homecare repair to the stop tap and in providing advice on how best to proceed with our poor water pressure. Whilst sorting out the initial problem, the plumber identified a leak in the concealed toilet cistern, which was not covered by the BG Homecare agreement. He sorted out a quote for the repair, then returned to complete the work at a time agreed with the Dyno Plumbing office staff.

We had our kitchen sink drain and toilet replaced and both jobs done very professionally thank you

We had a Dynorod guy called Sabir who went to a job today. He fixed the leak. The job was done perfectly. I wanted to say what a great job.
I could not be happier with the outcome from start to finish
