Speedy response and the plumbing engineer knew his business, would use again in a heartbeat

Engineer (David) made contact prior to arrival of the stated appointment time and arrived on time. Was very thorough and tidy completing the required work. Ensured everything was operating after work was completed. Ensured I was happy with the work carried out. Good engineer would highly recommend.

The person on the phone was extremely efficient and polite and sorted it out for me very quickly. The plumber, David, came much earlier than I was expecting him. He was excellent and fixed the problem very quickly. Absolutely outstanding service all round; thank you very much.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They came out last year 13thOctober 2022 to fix a leak in my upstairs bathroom and cut a hole in the ceiling downstairs. They then told me that their Remediation Team team will be back to fix it in 2 weeks. Fast forward to today 16th Jan-23 and the hole in my ceiling has still not been fixed. They have given me the run-around, took over 6weeks to even book me an appointment for someone to come and fix the hole in my ceiling, then did not honour that appointment and various appointments after that! When I complained about how they were treating and inconveniencing me, they got curt with me on phone and told me to go back to British Gas (who outsourced the job to them) and complain to them instead if I felt the need to. Last person I spoke to was a guy called Tim, who claimed to be the Team Leader in their plumbing section, He told me (after I called on the late in the evening on the 9th of Jan-23 to find out why the the Engineer who was supposed to to turn up on on that day between 9am - 12noon was still a no show) that, the Engineer had a flat tire (again) and so he was going to rebook the appointment for Friday 13th Jan-23. Fast-forward to today, which is Monday the 16th Jan-23, and no one has yet turned up or even called to explain why the Engineer once again did not honour the appointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD AND SANITY!!!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with, after numerous calls and promises of call backs, never have I actively received a call back from an outstanding job since September. I am escalating this issue with trancing standards now in an attempt to prevent anyone else from falling victim of this shambolic company. DO NOT USE is my recommendation and to British Gas, to scrap their contract with them

Dyno turned up within time gave me a quote and as I had already bought the part, installed my new lever shower bar straight away

Oh, wow! This young man ( I think his name is Ryan!), showed himself to be thoroughly competent and well able to assess the problem with my new shower installation! He set the flow and temperature to my liking, so I just need to learn to operate it as economically as it will accept in today's price conditions!

Got the leak fixed!

Did a great job fitting an outside tap. No mess at all and it was a tricky job to do. Reasonable price too.

Poor service. Took ages to arrive, kept getting the ‘he’s just finishing his current job and you’re next on the list’. Chap who turned up clearly didn’t really know what he was doing. Wouldn’t use again for any plumbing needs.

We had a burst pipe under our property which you can imagine wasn't an easy fix.
Paddy and G from the Harlow branch were sent to fix the issue.
All the way through the process I was kept informed by Dyno and onsite Paddy went through the issue and how it was going to be fixed.
On the day of the fix both Paddy and G worked constantly through out the day. It involved digging up gardens, removing patio slabs, driveway blocks and a number of holes to mole from and to.
They replaced the burst pipe and returned the gardens, driveway and patio back to there original states.
You honestly would not know they had been here.

We would like to thank Dyno, Paddy and G for the top job they did on our issue, both are a credit to their company.

I hired dyno rod to check noise in kitchen pipes and got excellent service. The reason was found out and well remedied. Got excellent service.

The hot water flow from a new tap fitted in August decreased a lot.

Plumber came today and removed an air bubble to get the flow back to full again.

It was a quick and easy fix by a plumber who was engaging.

Had a leaking radiator pipe in the wall , they came out and repaired the leak and made good the damaged plaster around the pipe. Good communication and quickly sorted.

Ryan is a credit to dyno rod after 7 other people visited and did not fix problem Ryan came completed the job correctly and he was very professional thank you Ryan
